Migrasomes are newly discovered, migration-dependent organelles that mediate the release of cellular contents into the extracellular environment through a process known as migracytosis. Since their identification in 2014, growing evidence has highlighted their critical roles in intercellular communication, organ development, mitochondrial quality control, and disease pathogenesis. Migrasome biogenesis is a complex, multi-step process tightly regulated by lipid composition, tetraspanin-enriched microdomains, and molecular pathways involving sphingomyelin synthase 2, Rab35, and integrins.

Dent disease is a rare X-linked recessive inherited renal tubular disorder characterized by low molecular weight proteinuria (LMWP), hypercalciuria, nephrocalcinosis, and other clinical features, and can lead to progressive renal failure. It is primarily caused by mutations in the gene. This article reports the case of a 10-year-old male patient of Chinese descent who was incidentally found to have asymptomatic proteinuria during a routine health examination.

Superinfection exclusion (SIE) is a finely tuned virus-virus interaction mechanism closely linked to the viral infection cycle. However, the mechanistic basis of SIE remains incompletely understood in plant viruses, particularly among negative-sense, single-stranded RNA viruses. In this study, we first describe the development of an efficient reverse genetics system for the plant nucleorhabdovirus Physostegia chlorotic mottle virus (PhCMoV) by codon optimisation of the large polymerase coding sequence.

Phospholipids play a crucial role in various aspects of cancer biology, including tumor progression, metastasis, and cell survival. Recent studies have highlighted the signifi-cance of phospholipid metabolism and signaling in multiple cancer types, such as breast, cer-vical, prostate, bladder, colorectal, liver, lung, melanoma, mesothelioma, and oral cancer. Al-terations in phospholipid profiles, particularly in phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethan-olamine, have been identified as potential biomarkers for cancer diagnosis and prognosis.

Activity-based ubiquitin probes (Ub-ABPs) are powerful tools for studying the functional landscape of deubiquitinases (DUBs). While most existing Ub probes have focused on examining the native state of DUBs, oxidative stress, especially in cancer and inflammatory contexts, can oxidize the catalytic cysteine of DUBs, significantly altering their activity. Here, we developed three novel ubiquitin-based activity probes (Ub-ABPs) to selectively trap the sulfenylated form of deubiquitinases (DUB-SOH).
