The optoelectronic properties of perovskite/two-dimensional (2D) material van der Waals heterojunctions provide greater potential for innovative neuromorphic devices. However, the traditional growth of heterojunctions still relies on strict lattice matching and high-temperature processes, which hinder high-quality interface construction and efficient carrier transport. Here, the 2D CsPbI/MoS heterojunction is realized via the van der Waals epitaxy process, overcoming lattice matching limitations.

(phosphatidylserine synthase 1) encodes an enzyme that facilitates production of phosphatidylserine (PS), which mediates a global immunosuppressive signal. Here, based on in vivo CRISPR screen, we identified PTDSS1 as a target to improve anti-PD-1 therapy. Depletion of in tumor cells increased expression of interferon-γ (IFN-γ)-regulated genes, including , , , and , even in the absence of IFN-γ stimulation in vitro.

Central nervous system (CNS) diseases, including neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, brain tumors, and others, result in poor quality of life and can cause substantial disability. Not all CNS diseases are amenable to surgical approaches, so drug development is important for disease treatment. Unfortunately, there are few drugs currently available for CNS diseases.

Introduction: The high prevalence and mortality rates of breast cancer and lung cancer in Singapore necessitate robust screening programmes to enable early detection and intervention for improved patient outcomes, yet 2024 uptake and coverage remain suboptimal. This narrative review synthesises expert perspectives from a recent roundtable discussion and proposes strategies to advance breast cancer and lung cancer screening programmes.
Method: A 2024 roundtable convened clinical practitioners, health policymakers, researchers and patient advocates discussed current challenges and opportunities for improving cancer screening in Singapore.

Hemophilia, an X-linked monogenic disorder, arises from mutations in the or genes, which encode clotting factor VIII (FVIII) or clotting factor IX (FIX), respectively. As a prominent hereditary coagulation disorder, hemophilia is clinically manifested by spontaneous hemorrhagic episodes. Severe cases may progress to complications such as stroke and arthropathy, significantly compromising patients' quality of life.
