This study developed a core outcome set(COS) for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) interventions in diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN), standardizing evaluation metrics for TCM efficacy and providing a new framework for DPN treatment and management. A systematic search was conducted across databases, including CNKI, Wanfang, and PubMed, targeting clinical trial literature published between January 1, 2013, and January 1, 2023. The search focused on extracting outcome indicators and measurement tools used in TCM treatments for DPN.

N6-methyladenosine (m6A) is the most general post-transcriptional modification of eukaryotic mRNAs and long-stranded non-coding RNAs. In this process, It has been shown that FTO associates with the m6A mRNA demethylase and plays a role in diabetic vascular endothelial dysfunction. Initially, two Sn6Ti10 clusters were synthesized using trimethylolpropane as a structure-oriented ligand and SnCl·5HO as a tin source. Then, when a larger pentadentate ligand di(trimethylolpropane) was used instead of trimethylolpropane and aprotic acetonitrile solvent was introduced into the reaction system, four low-nuclearity Sn-Ti oxo clusters were discovered, including two Sn1Ti1, one Sn2Ti2 and one Sn2Ti6.

The changes in peroxide value (PV), thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), acid value (AV), and scavenging capacity of DPPH and ABTS of oil samples were evaluated during accelerated storage. BA were found to have a remarkable capability to enhance antioxidant properties, delay lipid oxidation, and inhibit the deterioration both of lard and olive oil at high-temperature processes.

Objective: To explore the efficacy of tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) combined with decitabine, homoharringtonine, and interferon regimen as maintenance therapy for blast phase chronic myeloid leukemia (CML-BP).
Methods: The clinical data of CML-BP patients who received the first major hematological response after induction therapy at The Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2015 to December 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. The event-free survival, duration of remission, and overall survival of patients in TKI combined with decitabine, homoharringtonine, interferon group(=18) and TKI combined with conventional chemotherapy group(=10) were compared by log-rank test.
The dual epidemic of obesity and diabetes mellitus is becoming an important worldwide public health issue. "Diabesity" is the term used to describe the combined detrimental health effects of both diabetes mellitus and obesity/overweight. Currently, food-derived bioactive compounds are suggested to alleviate diabesity.

This study discusses the effect of Biyanning Granules on local symptoms and systemic immune function of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps(CRSwNP) within the 6 months of treatment by glucocorticoid nasal spray after surgical treatment. To be specific, a total of 237 CRSwNP patients, treated in Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery in Shanxi Bethune Hospital, were enrolled. All patients were treated by nasal endoscopy and classified into hormone group(Budesonide Nasal Spray after surgery), Chinese medicine group(Biyanning Granules after surgery), and combination group(Budesonide Nasal Spray+Biyanning Granules after surgery) with random number table method, 79 cases in each group, and the treatment lasted 3 months.

Background: Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is one of the most common chronic diseases in the world with complicated pathogenesis. This study aimed to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and molecular pathways in T2DM using bioinformatics analysis.
Materials And Methods: To explore potential therapeutic targets for T2DM, we analyzed three microarray datasets (GSE50397, GSE38642, and GSE44035) acquired from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database.
Background: Traditional Chinese exercises (TCEs) have a positive effect on glycemic control and hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), but there is no consensus on the benefits of TCEs for patients with prediabetes.
Objective: The objective of this study was to systematically investigate the effects of TCEs on blood glucose control in patients with prediabetes.
Search Strategy: Comprehensive retrieval of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) was carried out using PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, China Biology Medicine disc, Google Scholar and Baidu academic databases.
