The further development of aqueous zinc batteries is restricted by their low-temperature performance. At present, introducing organic additives into aqueous electrolytes is a universal strategy to reduce the freezing point and improve the low-temperature performance. However, the effect of organic additives on charge carriers is neglected, and the corresponding impact on low-temperature performance is not clear.

This investigation highlights dapagliflozin's efficacy in lowering serum uric acid levels, enhancing cardiac function, and reducing cardiovascular events. This work not only provides a comprehensive analysis of dapagliflozin's sustained benefits in these patients but also introduces novel insights for managing chronic heart failure exacerbated by elevated uric acid.

The green fruiting type (FS) oil palm exocarp at 95 days (FS1), 125 days (FS2), and 185 days (FS3) after pollination served as the materials. The enzyme genes F3H, CHS, ANS, and DFR were positively correlated with Quercetin-3-O-sambubioside.

The current optimization of implantable electrodes focuses on reducing impedance and improving anti-inflammatory properties. The fabrication of nanostructures on electrode surfaces is a promising strategy for reducing impedance while also minimizing interference from the array of immune cells that cause foreign body reactions. Electrochemical deposition is a common method for creating nanostructures.

Unveiling the atomic-scale structural evolution during operando reaction conditions is critical but remains a grand challenge for enhancing the durability of the RuO catalyst in the acidic oxygen evolution reaction (a-OER). This study proposes an adaptive machine learning workflow to elucidate the potential-dependent state-to-state global evolution of the RuO(110) surface within a complex composition and configuration space, revealing the correlation between structural patterns and stability.

However, the poor compatibility between residual solvent and Li metal inevitably leads to fast capacity decay. Herein, we propose a multifunctional cation-anchor strategy to regulate solvation chemistry in PVDF-based SSEs to boost the electrochemical performance of Li metal batteries.

With the massive application of lithium-ion batteries in electric vehicles, spent lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries have accumulated in recent years, inducing an urgent requirement in recycling technology. Direct repair technology has been considered as a promising approach for recycling spent LFP. However, the traditional solid-phase repair technology is limited by the heterogeneous contact between the lithium source and spent LFP.

Roses are consistently ranked at the forefront in cut flower production. Increasing demands of market and changing climate conditions have resulted in the need to further improve the diversity and quality of traits. However, frequent hybridization leads to highly heterozygous nature, including the allelic variants.

After picking, oil palm fruits exposed to air will gradually become soft and accelerate the process of fatty acid rancidity, which will not only affect their flavor and nutritional value, but also produce substances harmful to the human body. As a result, studying the dynamic change pattern of free fatty acids and important fatty acid metabolism-related regulatory genes during oil palm fatty acid rancidity can provide a theoretical basis for improving palm oil quality and extending its shelf life.
