Two actinobacterial strains, designated NEAU-383 and NEAU-Y11, exhibiting antifungal activity, were isolated from the rhizosphere soil of plants in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, and Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, respectively. Both strains formed short, wrinkled, spiral spore chains on aerial hyphae. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences revealed that strains NEAU-383 and NEAU-Y11 were most closely related to HM 35, NRRL B-5491 and CA1R205.

View Article and Find Full Text PDFActinobacteria are widely used in aerobic composting of straw waste because of their good degradation effect on lignocellulose. However, there are few studies on the degradation effect of on straw. In this study, six laboratory-scale treatments were conducted: corn straw composting with inoculation (CSI), rice straw composting with inoculation (RSI), and wheat straw composting with inoculation (WSI).

Federated learning enables multiple devices to collaboratively train a high-performance model on the central server while keeping their data on the devices themselves. However, due to the significant variability in data distribution across devices, the aggregated global model's optimization direction may differ from that of the local models, making the clients lose their personality. To address this challenge, we propose a Bidirectional Decoupled Distillation For Heterogeneous Federated Learning (BDD-HFL) approach, which incorporates an additional private model within each local client.

We used evidence-based medicine to find the risk factors for CRT by pooling current studies reporting risk factors of CRT, aiming to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
Methods: A systematic search of PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Cochrane Library, Scopus, CNKI, Sinomed, and Wanfang databases was conducted.

It is strongly associated with adverse outcomes, including prolonged hospitalization, increased mortality, and cognitive dysfunction. This study aimed to identify risk factors and incidence of delirium after cardiac surgery in children to facilitate early identification of delirium risk and provide a reference for the implementation of effective prevention and management.

Extubation failure (EF) is a significant concern in mechanically ventilated newborns, and predicting its occurrence is an ongoing area of research. To investigate the predictors of EF in newborns undergoing planned extubation, we conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis. A systematic literature search was conducted in PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, and Cochrane Library for studies published in English from the inception of each database to March 2023.

Background: Although breastfeeding is strongly recommended, the breastfeeding rate of preterm infants in China remains significantly low. In addition to the global structural challenges to breastfeeding and the physiological immaturity of preterm infants, Chinese mothers of preterm infants face unique challenges of maternal-infant separation after birth. Moreover, little is known about Chinese mothers' specific needs in coping with the difficulties posed by these challenges.

Prolonged length of stay in the NICU (LOS-NICU) increases the incidence of neonatal complications and even mortality and places a significant economic burden on families and strain on healthcare systems. This review aims to identify risk factors influencing LOS-NICU of newborns and to provide a basis for interventions to shorten LOS-NICU and avoid prolonged LOS-NICU.
