Objective: This study aimed to compare the consistency between smart pelvic floor ultrasound and biplanar transrectal ultrasound in detecting early stress urinary incontinence (SUI) by assessing urethral dilation and bladder structure.

Methods: We selected 40 multiparas who went through prenatal assessment after delivery and had standard pelvic floor ultrasounds at 6 weeks after childbirth, spanning from June 2022 to September 2022. The Bland-Altman method was employed to evaluate the consistency between biplanar transrectal ultrasound and transperineal pelvic floor ultrasound in assessing the mobility of the bladder neck and the posterior bladder wall in women.

Platelet type bleeding disorder-18 (BDPLT18) caused by mutations of Ras guanyl releasing protein 2 () is a relatively rare, new autosomal recessive disorder. Lack of sufficient cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CD8 T cells) infiltration and dysfunctional state of CD8 T cells are considered enormous obstacles to antitumor immunity. Herein, we construct a synergistic nanoplatform to promote CD8 T cell infiltration in tumors while restoring T cell function by regulating methionine metabolism and activating the STING innate immune pathway. The CRISPR/Cas9 system down-regulates the methionine transporter SLC43A2 and restricts the methionine uptake by tumor cells, thereby relieving the methionine competition pressure of T cells; simultaneously, the released nutrition metal ions activate the cGAS/STING pathway.

In this paper, a new aromatic diamine monomer 4,4'-(2,6-naphthalenediyl)bis[benzenamine]) (NADA) was synthesized and a series of modified PI films containing naphthalene ring structure obtained by controlling the molar ratio of NADA monomer, ternary polymerization with 4,4'-oxydianiline (ODA), and pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA). The effects of the introduction of the naphthalene ring on the free volume and various properties of PI were investigated by molecular dynamic simulations. The results show that the comprehensive properties of the modified films are all improved to some extent, with 5% thermal weight loss temperature (T) of 569 °C, glass transition temperature (Tg) of 381 °C, tensile strength of 96.

High-pressure hydrogen exhibits remarkable phenomena including the insulator-to-metal (IM) transition; however, a complete resolution of its phase diagram is still an elusive goal despite many efforts and much controversy. Theoretical modeling is typically based on density functional theory (DFT) with a mean-field description of electronic correlations, which is known to be rather limited in describing IM transitions. Herein, we show that nonlocal electron correlations play a central role in the relative stability of solid hydrogen phases, and that DFT-correcting for these correlations by the many-body dispersion (MBD) model reaches the accuracy of quantum Monte Carlo (QMC) simulations and predicts the same 2/-24 → -12 → Cs(IV) IM transition.

Identifying the structures of high-pressure hydrogen has been one of the central goals in high-pressure physics; however, it still presents a fundamental challenge because of the lack of an effective measure for distinguishing the structures. Herein, we address this issue by focusing on the potential candidates of phases II and III of high-pressure hydrogen. We find that the anisotropic dielectric constants of the different hydrogen solids and their responses to pressure behave differently depending on the atomic structures, corresponding to the different polarization responses of the structures to the external electric field.
