Methods: Bulk tissue-proteomics profiling were leveraged across multi-stage gastric lesions from Linqu ( = 166) and Beijing sets ( = 99) and single-cell transcriptomic profiling ( = 18) to decipher key molecular signatures of -related gastric lesion progression and gastric cancer (GC) development. The association of key proteins association with gastric lesion progression and GC development were prospectively studied building on follow-up of the Linqu set and UK Biobank ( = 48,529).
Background And Aims: Biliary atresia (BA) is a severe neonatal cholangiopathy characterized by progressive inflammation and fibrosis. We aimed to systematically investigate BA pathology using integrated multi-omics.
Methods: Multi-omics integration of BA and control livers revealed sphingolipid dysregulation.

Objective: This study aims to analyze the current status of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) exercises in the intervention of anxiety, identifying research hotspots and future development trends.
Methods: The Web of Science database was utilized to conduct a literature review, focusing on studies related to TCM exercises and anxiety from 1991 to 2024. Data analysis was performed using bibliometric software, including CiteSpace, VOSviewer, and R, to visualize insights from selected publications, countries, institutions, as well as highly cited and co-cited references.

Achieving uniform perovskite thin films via inkjet printing remains a significant challenge due to the pervasive coffee-ring effect. Here, we present a solute engineering strategy that incorporates shape-anisotropic perovskite nanorods into a single-solvent ink formulation, effectively suppressing coffee-ring formation and yielding ultraflat films with an average roughness (Ra) as low as 0.226 nm.
