Objective: This study aimed to assess the scientific accuracy, content quality, and educational value of YouTube™ videos related to computer-controlled local anesthesia (CCLA) techniques in dentistry.
Materials And Methods: A total of 100 videos were screened using predefined keywords, and 48 met the inclusion criteria. Videos were assessed using the Global Quality Scale (GQS), DISCERN tool, JAMA benchmark criteria, and the Video Information and Quality Index (VIQI).

Introduction: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the clinical consequences of untreated dental caries and children's sociodemographic characteristics, behavioral factors, perception of general/oral health, dental anxiety, and oral health-related quality of life (OHRQoL) and to identify the predictors of childrens' OHRQoL.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in a convenience sample consisted of 200 children aged 8-10 years attending a pediatric dentistry clinic. Data were collected through clinical examinations and self-reported questionnaires.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between dysphagia severity and neck proprioception, pain, and mood in individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS). The individuals were divided into two groups according to the severity of dysphagia: dysphagia group (n = 13) with a score of 3 and above on the Dysphagia Assessment Scale in Multiple Sclerosis (DYMUS) scale and mild dysphagia group (n = 13) with a score of 2 and below. Clinical swallowing function was evaluated with the Turkish version of the Eating Assessment Tool-10 (T-EAT-10) and DYMUS.

Intro: In this prospective interventional study, we aimed to assess the efficacy and safety of the hepatitis A vaccine in patients with autoinflammatory diseases undergoing canakinumab and tocilizumab treatments.
Methods: A total of 24 patients with autoinflammatory diseases on canakinumab and tocilizumab treatments and 39 healthy children who were seronegative for hepatitis A were included in the study. All participants were vaccinated with 2 doses of inactivated hepatitis A vaccine at 6-month intervals.

Purpose: To evaluate retinal blood flow and retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness in untreated subclinical hypothyroid patients by optical coherence tomography angiography (OCT-A).
Methods: Forty-four eyes of 44 patients in the subclinical hypothyroidism group (SCHG) and 42 eyes of 42 healthy subjects in the control group (CG) were included in the study. Macular superficial retinal blood flow (SRBF), peripapillary RNFL thickness and optic nerve head cup to disk ratio (C/D) were measured and recorded by OCT angiography and compared between the patient and control groups.
