Background: Despite decades of initiatives to increase nursing workforce diversity, gaps persist between patient population and nursing workforce demographics.
Problem: Emphasis on NCLEX pass rates as a program quality indicator, combined with systemic barriers, creates complex challenges that influence admission and progression policies in nursing education. Evidence suggests these factors disproportionately affect underrepresented minority (URM) students, impacting both academic success and workforce diversity.

Objective: The objective of the study was to analyse the determinants for sustainable adoption by General Practitioners (GPs) of Antibioclic, a Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) for antimicrobial prescribing, and the results of and limitations to its use in clinical practice.
Materials And Methods: Individual interviews with GPs and a focus group were carried out concerning their use of Antibioclic, a CDSS for antimicrobial prescribing in primary care. Antibioclic is a publicly funded, freely available CDSS targeting 48 common infectious diseases.

Background And Aims: Biliary atresia (BA) is a severe neonatal cholangiopathy characterized by progressive inflammation and fibrosis. We aimed to systematically investigate BA pathology using integrated multi-omics.
Methods: Multi-omics integration of BA and control livers revealed sphingolipid dysregulation.

As an abundant natural mineral, pyrite presents a highly promising solution for sustainable groundwater remediation, owing to its distinct electron transfer properties. However, research on pyrite's remediation capabilities has often focused on isolated mechanisms, neglecting the complex interplay between the mineral's properties, the environmental matrix, and interfacial processes, thereby limiting comprehensive understanding of its efficacy and constraints. Herein, an integrated "mechanism-application-sustainability" framework is proposed to bridge this knowledge gap.

G protein-coupled receptor family C, group 5, member D (GPRC5D), a member of the G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) family, has recently emerged as a promising target for immunotherapy in hematologic malignancies, particularly multiple myeloma. However, no systematic virtual screening studies have been conducted to identify small-molecule inhibitors targeting GPRC5D. To address this gap, a multistep computational screening strategy is developed that integrates Protein-Ligand Affinity prediction NETwork (PLANET), a GPU-accelerated version of AutoDock Vina (Vina-GPU), molecular mechanics/generalized born surface area (MM/GBSA), and an online tool for Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion, and Toxicity (ADMET) property prediction (admetSAR 3.
