Perceptual-cognitive skills are a key performance component within professional soccer. Consequently, their role within talent development environments has gained increasing attention. Despite this growing interest, research linking perceptual-cognitive skills to the talent development process remains relatively limited. The present study provided a scoping review examining perceptual-cognitive skills within soccer-specific environments within the last three decades, with a particular focus on outcomes relevant to talent development contexts. Following PRISMA guidelines, specific inclusion and exclusion criteria were set, where 55 studies were included in the final review. Narrative analysis identified key themes in the literature, including visual search behaviours, cognitive capabilities, performance, and methodologies. These themes are discussed with areas for future research identified to support the work of stakeholders in talent development contexts (e.g., coaches, scouts, academy directors), to re-direct future research efforts to further bridge the gap between science and application.

Purpose: Targeted therapy with lenvatinib is a preferred option for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma, however, predicting its efficacy remains challenging. This study aimed to build a nomogram integrating clinicoradiological indicators and radiomics features to predict the response to lenvatinib in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.
Methods: This study included 211 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma from two centers, who were allocated into the training (107 patients), internal test (46 patients) and external test set(58 patients).

Background: Identifying molecular alterations specific to advanced lung adenocarcinomas could provide insights into tumour progression and dissemination mechanisms.
Method: We analysed tumour samples, either from locoregional lesions or distant metastases, from patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma from the SAFIR02-Lung trial by targeted sequencing of 45 cancer genes and comparative genomic hybridisation array and compared them to early tumours samples from The Cancer Genome Atlas.
Results: Differences in copy-number alterations frequencies suggest the involvement in tumour progression of LAMB3, TNN/KIAA0040/TNR, KRAS, DAB2, MYC, EPHA3 and VIPR2, and in metastatic dissemination of AREG, ZNF503, PAX8, MMP13, JAM3, and MTURN.
