Article Abstract

For stochastic nonlower triangular nonlinear systems subject to dead-zone input, a neuroadaptive tracking control frame is constructed by applying the dynamic surface technique with a state observer in this work. Its primary contribution lies in extending the stability criteria to encompass stochastic nonlinear systems characterized by nonlower triangular structures and unmeasured states. The control strategy is delineated as follows. First, the state observer is designed to address the issue of unmeasured states, thereby facilitating the generation of an error dynamics system for subsequent analysis. Second, within the backstepping design framework, a neural network-based tracking controller is devised using dynamic surface control technique and variable separation approaches, ensuring system performance despite the presence of unmeasured states. Finally, stability analysis is conducted to guarantee that all the system signals remain bounded. Simulation examples are presented to illustrate the validity and practicality of the framework.

This paper focuses on the intelligent-estimation-based tracking controller design problem for a class of switched non-lower triangular nonlinear systems with unmodeled dynamics and an output constraint. It should be pointed out that the design process of controller is quite difficult due to the existence of unmodeled dynamics and switched events in the system, hence some sophisticated and delicate mathematical theories and design techniques need to be adopted. In our proposed design procedure, the structural feature of Gaussian functions is utilized to conquer the obstruction of nonstrict-feedback form.

Objectives: To initially evaluate the outcomes of the modified triangular prismatic double-J (DJ) stent in the management of 2- to 3-cm renal stones after one-stage retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS).

Methods: Patients with 2- to 3-cm renal stones who underwent one-stage RIRS with indwelling DJ stents were retrospectively evaluated. Eighty-eight patients who were placed the triangular prismatic DJ stents and 64 patients who received standard DJ stents were randomly included.

In this article, we study the issue of adaptive neural output-feedback controller design for a class of uncertain switched time-delay nonlinear systems with nonlower triangular structure. The prominent contribution of this article is that the delay-dependent stability criterion of nonswitched nonlinear systems is successfully extended to that of switched nonlower triangular nonlinear systems. The design algorithm is listed as follows.

In this paper, the problem of adaptive neural tracking control for a type of uncertain switched nonlinear nonlower-triangular system is considered. The innovations of this paper are summarized as follows: 1) input to state stability of unmodeled dynamics is removed, which is an indispensable assumption for the design of nonswitched unmodeled dynamic systems; 2) the design difficulties caused by the nonlower-triangular structure is handled by applying the universal approximation ability of radial basis function neural networks and the inherent properties of Gaussian functions, which avoids the restriction that the monotonously increasing bounding functions of the nonlower-triangular system functions must exist; and 3) multiple Lyapunov functions are utilized to develop a backstepping-like recursive design procedure such that the solvability of the adaptive neural tracking control issue of all subsystems is unnecessary. Based on the proposed controller design methods, it can be obtained that all signals in the closed-loop switched system remain bounded and the tracking error can eventually converge to a small neighborhood of the origin.
