Background: Bilateral diffuse uveal melanocytic proliferation (B-DUMP) is a paraneoplastic disorder that may be seen in patients with a known malignancy but more commonly is seen in those without any history of cancer. It leads to multiple uveal tumors with exudative retinal detachment along with thickening of the choroid and generally carries a poor prognosis. Its etio-pathogenesis is poorly understood but is said to involve factors secreted by the systemic malignancy that lead to proliferation of melanocytes in the uvea.
Methods: We report the presentation and management of a female with history of treated frontal lobe meningioma who presented with neovascular glaucoma along with B-DUMP and was found to have recurrence of the meningioma on neuro-imaging.
Conclusions: Central nervous system meningiomas can cause B-DUMP and management of the malignancy may lead to partial resolution of posterior segment manifestations of B-DUMP.

Background: Low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma (LG-ESS) is a rare malignant tumor of the female reproductive system with atypical clinical symptoms and slow progression.
Case: A 44-year-old female with a history of intermittent severe dysmenorrhea, previous laparoscopic myomectomy, and uterine artery embolization (UAE) presented with rapidly enlarging pelvic masses. Imaging revealed uterine masses suggestive of leiomyomas, although an adnexal origin could not be excluded.

Primary cardiac lymphoma (PCL) is one of the rarest primary malignancies of the heart. This report describes a rare presentation of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in a 61-year-old woman from Iran who presented with weakness, dyspnea, and bilateral lower extremity edema, especially on the right side that progressively worsened over 2 years. Initial diagnostic workup, including laboratory tests, color Doppler ultrasound, and echocardiography, revealed a large immobile mass attached to the RA wall.

Vaping product use-associated lung injury is a recently recognized respiratory illness that can occur in users of e-cigarettes or vaping products, including those marketed as nicotine‑free. We describe a previously healthy, 22‑year‑old male, non‑smoker who presented with progressive shortness of breath, non‑productive cough, pleuritic chest pain, low‑grade fever, and fatigue. He reported daily use of a flavored nicotine‑free vaping device for eight months, with increased use in the preceding month, including cartridges purchased from unregulated online sources.

Objectives: Unruptured brain arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) typically do not cause aphasia, even when the traditional language areas are affected by the nidus. We attempted to elucidate its language reorganization mechanism by analyzing the alterations in functional connectivity using functional connectivity (FC) and track-weighted static functional connectivity (TW-sFC) approaches.
Methods: This cross-sectional study prospectively enrolled patients with AVMs involving left-hemisphere language areas and healthy controls.
