In a prospective observational multicentre Chinese cohort of 619 allo-HSCT patients, serum concentrations of suppressor of tumorigenesis 2 (ST2), regenerating islet-derived 3α, tumour necrosis factor receptor 1 (TNFR1), interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 were measured at multiple time points during the first 3 months post-transplantation. Characteristics and therapeutic approaches for patients diagnosed with T-ALL/LBL exhibiting t(8;14)(q24;q11)/TCRA/D:MYC translocation.

Prognostic factors of second hematopoietic allogeneic stem cell transplantation among hematological malignancy patients relapsed after first hematopoietic stem cell transplantation: A single center study.

Introduction: We aimed to evaluate prognostic factors of a second allogeneic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT2) among hematological malignancy patients who have relapsed after the first allo-HSCT(allo-HSCT1).

Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 199 hematological malignancy patients who received allo-HSCT2 as a salvage treatment post allo-HSCT1 relapse between November 2012 and October 2021.

Results: The median age at allo-HSCT2 was 23 (range: 3-60) years.

A solvothermal method was utilized to prepare a Bi2SmSbO7/ZnBiYO4 heterojunction photocatalyst (BZHP). The crystal structure of Bi2SmSbO7 belonged to the pyrochlore structure and face-centered cubic crystal system by the space group of Fd3m.

Unmanipulated haploidentical donor and matched unrelated donor hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria: a single-center study.

We analyzed the outcomes of 32 patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) who underwent either a haploidentical donor (HID) or a matched unrelated donor (MUD) hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). Seventeen patients received an HSCT from an HID and 15 patients received an HSCT from an MUD. The median follow-up time of the surviving patients was 36 months (range: 12-96 months).

Comparable outcomes among unmanipulated haploidentical, matched unrelated, and matched sibling donors in BU-based myeloablative hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for intermediate and adverse risk acute myeloid leukemia in complete remission: a single-center study.

There are a limited number of studies comparing outcomes of busulfan (BU)-based myeloablative hematopoietic stem cell transplantation using unmanipulated haploidentical donors (HIDs), HLA-matched unrelated donors (MUDs), and HLA-matched sibling related donors (MSDs) in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients with complete remission (CR) status. With this background, we compared outcomes among 377 cases of CR following consecutive HID-HSCT for AML (CR) to 86 MUD and 92 MSD-HSCT cases. Hierarchical WO-NiO microflower for high sensitivity detection of SF decomposition byproduct HS.

In this work, hierarchical WO-NiO microflowers have been designed and prepared through a controllable hydrothermal route for high sensitivity detection of HS produced by SF decomposition. The hierarchical flower-like nanostructures assembled with numerous nanosheets were influenced by the introduction of WO, which is regarded as a significant strategy for improving the gas sensing properties. The synthesized nanostructures were tested by various characterization to investigate the different microstructures of the nanocomposites.
