Objectives: Oblique lateral interbody fusion (OLIF) has become a well-established treatment for lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) due to its advantages of being minimally invasive, effective, and associated with fewer complications. However, relying solely on lateral fixation provides limited strength and uneven load distribution. Conventional posterior bilateral fixation after OLIF typically requires intraoperative repositioning, increases fluoroscopy frequency, and involves extensive dissection of posterior muscles and soft tissues, resulting in greater trauma, blood loss, and risks of dural tear, nerve root injury, and persistent postoperative low back pain.

Background: Previous observational studies have identified a potential association between walking and the risk of erectile dysfunction (ED); however, the causal relationship between them remains unclear.

Aim: This study aims to explore the causal relationship between walking and ED using Mendelian randomization (MR).

Methods: MR analysis was conducted using genome-wide association study (GWAS) data related to walking pace.

Varicocele (VC) refers to expansion and tortuosity of spreading venous plexus in spermatic cord due to poor blood flow. This study aimed to investigate effects of Shugan Tongluo Qiangjing recipe (SGTL) on sperm DNA damage and oxidative stress in experimental VC (EVC) rats. EVC model was established by partial ligation of left renal vein.

Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy has made great progress in treating lymphoma, yet patient outcomes still vary greatly. The lymphoma microenvironment may be an important factor in the efficacy of CAR T therapy. In this study, we designed a highly multiplexed imaging mass cytometry (IMC) panel to simultaneously quantify 31 biomarkers from 13 patients with relapsed/refractory diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) who received CAR19/22 T cell therapy.
