Dissolved organic matter (DOM) plays a crucial role in the aquatic ecosystem of rice paddies, and its content reveals the transport relationship of soil nutrients absorbed by rice seedlings, but there are few reports on this in the black soil. This paper analyzed the concentration of chromophoric dissolved organic matter (CDOM) in irrigation water of black soil in Wanchang Town, Jilin Province, China, using combination detection technology of excitation-emission matrix (EEM) spectroscopy and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy and correlational analysis. Four results demonstrated the CDOM characteristics of the black soil.

In this study, Raman spectroscopy combined with three machine learning models, support vector machine (SVM), feedforward neural network, and k-nearest neighbor classification, was used to classify and evaluate the effect of different fertilizer treatments on rice. The collected rice spectral data were normalized before machine learning, then preprocessed with multiple scattering correction (MSC), standard normal variable, and Savitzky-Golay filtering algorithms to improve the quality and reliability of the data.

Introduction: Composting is one of the effective environmental protection and sustainable measures for improving soil quality and increasing crop yield. However, due to the special physical and chemical properties of saline-sodic soil and the complex rhizosphere microecological environment, the potential mechanism of regulating plant growth after applying compost in saline-sodic soil remains elusive.
Methods: Here, we investigated the effects of different compost addition rates (0, 5, 15, 25%) on plant growth traits, soil chemical properties, and rhizosphere bacterial community structure.
Introduction: Monitoring the leaf area index (LAI), which is directly related to the growth status of rice, helps to optimize and meet the crop's fertilizer requirements for achieving high quality, high yield, and environmental sustainability. The remote sensing technology of the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) has great potential in precision monitoring applications in agriculture due to its efficient, nondestructive, and rapid characteristics. The spectral information currently widely used is susceptible to the influence of factors such as soil background and canopy structure, leading to low accuracy in estimating the LAI in rice.

Here, we intended to analyze the research status, hot spots and frontiers in the field of ALBC, and to provide reference for future research ideas.
Methods: The related English literature in the field of ALBC in the Web of Science Core Collection database was retrieved from January 1, 2009 to July 11, 2023.
Studies have shown that rapid eye movement (REM) sleep behavior disorder (RBD) is a subtype of Parkinson's disease (PD) characterized by severe cognitive impairment and rapid disease progression. However, reliable biological markers are lacking presently. Neurofilament light chain (NFL) and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) have been widely studied as biomarkers of cognition impairment.

Methods: This cross-sectional study recruited 140 participants, including 103 PD patients and 37 healthy controls (HC). Serum NfL and GFAP levels were measured using the ultrasensitive single-molecule array (Simoa) technique.

Objective: To study the effect of freshening technique on docking site in tibial bone transport management.
Methods: Retrospective cohort study was conducted about the effect of freshening technique on docking site in 20 cases(15 males and 5 females) treated with tibial bone transport from January of 2014 to December of 2019. The age of patients ranged from 19 to 62 years old, with an average of (42.
Background: Bone transport and distraction osteogenesis has been widely used to treat bone defects after traumatic surgery, but, skin and soft tissue incarceration can be as high as 27.6%.
Aim: To investigate the efficacy of inserting a tissue expander to prevent soft tissue incarceration.

Background: Acute compartment syndrome occurs when pressure within a compartment increases and affects the function of the muscle and tissues after an injury. Compartment syndrome is most common in lower leg and may lead to permanent injury to the muscle and nerves if left untreated.
Methods: 46 patients with acute compartment syndrome were enrolled, including 8 cases with serious complications, between January 2008 and December 2012.

Objective: To evaluate the results of managing the infected nonunions of distal tibial fractures combined with talar fracture and calcaneal fracture with tibial bone transport, tibiotalar or tibiocalcaneal arthrodesis using the hybrid external fixator.
Methods: A retrospective review of 26 patients who underwent either tibiotalar arthodesis or tibiocalcaneal arthodesis using an hybrid external fixator for infected nonunions of distal tibial fractures, talar and calcaneal fractures after tibial bone distraction was made. Each patient had a debridement of all infected and nonviable bones, the wound area were 2 cm×4 cm-4 cm×8 cm.
Background: Plants and herbivores can evolve beneficial interactions. Growth factors found in animal saliva are probably key factors underlying plant compensatory responses to herbivory. However, there is still a lack of knowledge about how animal saliva interacts with herbivory intensities and how saliva can mobilize photosynthate reserves in damaged plants.

Methods: Between April 2004 and December 2007, 16 patients with posterior Monteggia fracture-dislocations were treated surgically, 13 were followed up at a mean of 28 months (range, 12 - 58 months). All the operations were through the posterior midline approach.
