Excellent mechanical strength and toughness are demanded for two-dimensional material (2DM) membranes in various applications to withstand extreme strain and temperature changes and resist crack propagation. However, the trade-off between strength and toughness poses significant challenges in meeting these requirements. This study presents a self-toughened 2D moiré superlattice membrane composed of vertically stacked hexagonal boron nitride and graphene (hBN/Gr) that exhibits high mechanical strength.

Nonadiabatic effects profoundly influence lattice dynamics, resulting in phonon renormalizations not only at the center of Brillouin zone (BZ), but also across the entire dispersion at finite momenta. These nonadiabatic phenomena exhibit clear dimensional dependencies and remain largely unexplored experimentally in low-dimensional systems. Here, we utilize high-resolution electron energy loss spectroscopy to investigate nonadiabatic phonon dispersion renormalization in monolayer graphene (MLG) and Bernal bilayer graphene (BLG).

Objective: The lack of clarity regarding the application performance of a hybrid operating room (HOR) and the uncertainty of surgical scheduling often lead to its inefficient application. This study aimed to review the clinical application of our neurosurgical HOR and propose a scale to score cases clearly.
Methods: We reviewed the operating procedures and duration of stay in 1865 HOR cases.
Establishing a reasonable and precise theoretical model for pipe roof is crucial for advancing pre-support technology in tunnel construction. By considering the processes of tunnel excavation and support, as well as the reduced constraint reaction force on the pipe roof in unexcavated section due to the disturbance at the tunnel face, this paper establishes a load-structure model for pipe roof based on the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory. The Pasternak elastic foundation model is utilized to ascertain the constraint reaction force exerted by primary support and surrounding soil ahead of the tunnel face on the pipe roof.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries (AZIBs) are poised to play a pivotal part in meeting the growing demands for energy storage and powering portable electronics for their superior security, affordability, and environmentally friendly characteristics. However, the detrimental side reactions occurring at the zinc anode and the dendrite caused by uneven zinc plating/stripping have greatly compromised the cycling life of AZIBs, thereby impeding their practical prospects. In this study, the interfacial comodulation strategy was employed by combining the "electrostatic shielding" effect of cations with the characteristic adsorption of anions.

To this end, seismic waves are transformed into equivalent nodal loads on viscoelastic artificial boundaries using theories and methods of wave motion. The calculation formulas for equivalent nodal loads of SV waves incident at any angle are established, and ANSYS' APDL program compiles to automatically generate the viscoelastic artificial boundary and input the seismic loads.

A fast and simple ultrafiltration method was used to determine the PPBRs of EF and CF. Results showed that PPBRs of EF decreased from 37.

However, the widespread implementation of AZIBs faces significant obstacles due to various undesirable side reactions, including hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), corrosion, and uncontrolled dendrite growth at the anodes. Here, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid sodium salt (PHB) is employed in the ZnSO electrolyte to enable highly-reversible zinc anodes.

Samples were collected at pre-designed time points after oral doses. A validated method was performed to quantify EF and CF in plasma and tissues by high-performance liquid chromatography.

So, this study aimed to estimate a reliable withdrawal time (WT) of doxycycline (DC) in crayfish (Procambarus clarkii) based on statistical approaches and conduct a risk assessment for human health in the natural environment.

This study investigated the value of visualization balloon occlusion-assisted techniques in aneurysm hybridization procedures.
Methods: We propose a visualization balloon technique that injects methylene blue into the balloon, allowing it to be well visualized under a microscope without repeated angiography.

The objective of this study was to examine the pharmacokinetic (PK) properties of enrofloxacin (EF) and its metabolite, ciprofloxacin (CF), in yellow catfish (Pelteobagrus fulvidraco) after a single oral dose of EF at 20 mg/kg at 20, 25, and 30 °C. Samples were collected at pre-designed time points and determined by high-performance liquid chromatography with a fluorescent detector. Results showed that most concentrations of EF and CF in plasma and tissues at the same time point at different temperatures were statistically significant.

Methods: From 2016 to 2021, we used S-M_OPS to supervise 15441 fractions in 1981patients (with the cancer in intracalvarium, nasopharynx, esophagus, lung, liver, abdomen or cervix) undergoing intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), and recorded the data such as registration time and mask deformation.
We numerically investigated a sandwiched photonic crystal fiber (S-PCF) based on triangular lattice air holes that can be used for broadband dispersion compensation. By adjusting two layers of air holes diameter in the cladding, the S-PCF performs a large negative dispersion curve that can compensate for the dispersion of a standard single-mode fiber (SMF). The kappa value of the proposed PCF is also consistent with that of the SMF at the wavelength of 1.
