Introduction: Mycotoxins in animal diets cause a lot of economic loss in animal husbandry annually. The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the effect of combination of culture and glycyrrhizic acid (CANCGA) on alleviating multi-mycotoxin toxicity for broiler production performance and nutrient metabolism.
Methods: A total of 500 one-day-old male broilers were randomly divided into 10 groups, 5 replications in each group and 10 broilers in each replication.

Upcycling carbon dioxide (CO) into long-chain compounds has attracted considerable attention with respect to mitigating environmental problems and obtaining value-added feedstocks, but remains a great challenge. Herein, we report a tandem photocatalysis-biosynthesis strategy for efficient CO reduction to energy-rich sucrose or α-farnesene. Firstly, photocatalytic reduction of CO to CH was optimized over the transitional metal doped ZnO (M-ZnO).

The photosynthetic autotrophic production of microalgae is limited by the effective supply of carbon and light energy, and the production efficiency is lower than the theoretical value. Represented by methanol, C1 compounds have been industrially produced by artificial photosynthesis with a solar energy efficiency over 10%, but the complexity of artificial products is weak. Here, based on a construction of chloroplast factory, green microalgae Chlamydomonas reinhardtii CC137c was modified for the bioconversion of formate for biomass production.

Deoxynivalenol (DON) is extensively detected in many kinds of foods and feeds to harm human and animal health. This research aims to investigate the effect of chlorogenic acid (CGA) on alleviating inflammation and apoptosis of swine jejunal epithelial cells (IPEC-J2) triggered by DON. The results demonstrated that cell viability was decreased when DON concentrations increased or incubation time expanded.

The morphology, crystalline size and carbon content of three products with different sodium sources were investigated. The data are related to "Synthesis of NaTi(PO)@C microspheres by an in situ process and their electrochemical properties" (Mao et al.
