Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy has revolutionized the treatment of aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, particularly in relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma and mantle cell lymphoma. Despite its transformative potential, significant challenges persist in optimizing patient identification and referral pathways to ensure timely and equitable access. This expert consensus, developed through the Delphi methodology, analyzes key barriers to the referral process and proposes structured solutions to enhance collaboration between referring treatment centers (RTCs) and qualified treatment centers (QTCs).

In the cardiovascular system, elastic fibres exert a fundamental role providing the long-range elasticity required for physiological functions. Elastic fibres are complex in composition and structure containing, in addition to elastin, a wide range of matrix components, such as microfibrillar proteins, calcium-binding proteins and glycosaminoglycans. Changes in composition and/or structure can affect the biomechanics of the tissue as well as the intrinsic affinity of elastin for Ca ions.

Qualitative-archival research is not just "preservation": it shows the potential of providing dynamic and interlinked information, including legal frameworks, policy documents, historical context, and original narratives, capable of supporting policies in the long term. Besides this, it is a potential tool to foster the agency of migrants. Morover, qualitative-archival research can be a powerful tool for social innovation, as conducting qualitative research, based on individual and collective narratives, is a necessary basis to non-emergency policies and to social work planning and evaluation.

Lymphomas are a group of malignant proliferations of B, T or NK-lymphoid cells at different stages of maturation. While they primarily occur in lymph nodes or lymphatic tissues, they can also involve bone marrow, blood, or other organs. Despite advances in treatment, many patients experience relapse, or develop refractory disease, prompting the development of new therapies.

Understanding the structural flexibility of zeolites under cryogenic conditions is essential for optimizing gas separation and storage performance. This study investigates nanosized RHO zeolite synthesized via green synthesis (without organic structural directing agent) upon hydration and cooling to low temperatures (<273 K) using in situ XRPD, in situ FTIR spectroscopy, and DFT simulations. Template-free synthesis is performed at low temperature (363 K), avoiding calcination or postsynthetic activation, yielding highly crystalline nanosized zeolite with minimal energy consumption and no toxic by-products.

The transcriptional activity of TEAD4 (transcriptional enhancer associated domain proteins), one of the final effectors of the Hippo pathway, can be dysregulated or mutated in cancer. Consequently, targeting the interaction between TEAD and its co-activator YAP (Yes Associated Protein) to disrupt the YAP:TEAD (Y:T) heterodimer has emerged as a promising anti-cancer strategy. Therefore, in this study, we aimed to identify novel scaffolds targeting the TEAD Interface 3 surface as effective anticancer agents against colorectal and ovarian cancer.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a key extracellular matrix component of vertebrates, where it mediates cell adhesion, immune regulation, and tissue remodeling through its interaction with specific receptors. Although HA has been detected in a few invertebrate species, the lack of fundamental components of the molecular HA pathway poses relevant objections about its functional role in these species. Mining genomic and transcriptomic data, we considered the conservation of the gene locus encoding for the (XLINK) in marine mussels as well as its expression patterns.

We combine experiments and simulations to investigate the degradation dynamics and dielectric breakdown (BD) of SiO/HfO gate stacks irradiated with varying doses of 40 MeV carbon ions. The analysis of postirradiation electrical characteristics (current-voltage, -, capacitance-voltage, -, and conductance-voltage, -) reveals that the HfO layer is the most affected by irradiation-induced damage, leading to the formation of defects consistent with oxygen vacancies. Postirradiation constant voltage stress (CVS) experiments reveal an inverse dependence of time to breakdown () and Weibull slopes (β) on the irradiation dose.
