It has been estimated that only a quarter of persons with infertility in the United States can sufficiently access infertility care. Against this backdrop of disparity, specific populations, including persons of color, sexual and gender minorities, immigrants, and lower-income persons, face barriers that further constrain access to care. This document outlines these communities' barriers and reviews best practice recommendations to extend inclusive access to care for marginalized populations. This reference is intended to support health professionals with knowledge of barriers that limit access to care and to provide practical strategies to improve access and optimize healthcare delivery.

Since the release of the Supreme Court decision in June 2022, researchers have been working to better understand the impact that the growing number of abortion restrictions are having on the provision of and access to abortion services in the United States (US). Less is known about the impact of abortion restrictions on the provision of sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services more broadly, including at clinics that do not directly offer abortion. Between November 2023 and February 2024, we conducted interviews with SRH managers, clinic managers, and other administrators at publicly funded SRH clinics around the US to generate evidence on the effects of state-level abortion restrictions on the provision of abortion and related services, such as pregnancy options counselling and abortion referrals, at facilities providing contraceptive services.

Objectives: Urinary calculi are characterized by a high recurrence rate, and patients' adherence to self-management after discharge directly affects health outcomes. Traditional offline follow-up models often face problems such as poor compliance and uneven allocation of medical resources, making it difficult to meet individualized health management needs. Remote follow-up provides a novel solution to optimize long-term management, improve health literacy, and enhance clinical outcomes.

Objectives: The Charlson comorbidity index reflects overall comorbidity burden and has been applied in cardiovascular medicine. However, its role in predicting in-hospital mortality in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) complicated by ventricular arrhythmias (VA) remains unclear. This study aims to evaluate the predictive value of the Charlson comorbidity index in this setting and to construct a nomogram model for early risk identification and individualized management to improve outcomes.

Contact dermatitis (CD), which includes both allergic CD and irritant CD, is a common inflammatory condition that can pose significant diagnostic challenges. Although patch testing is the gold standard for identifying causative allergens for allergic contact dermatitis (ACD), it is time-consuming, subjective, and requires expert interpretation. Recent advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), particularly in machine learning (ML) and deep learning, have shown promise in improving the accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility of CD diagnosis and management.
