Polyp shape is critical for diagnosing colorectal polyps and assessing cancer risk, yet there is limited data on segmenting pedunculated and sessile polyps. This paper introduces PolypDB_INS, a dataset of 4403 images containing 4918 annotated polyps, specifically for sessile and pedunculated polyps. In addition, we propose DYNAFormer, a novel transformer-based model utilizing an anchor mask-guided mechanism that incorporates cross-attention, dynamic query updates, and query denoising for improved object segmentation. Treating each positional query as an anchor mask dynamically updated through decoder layers enhances perceptual information regarding the object's position, allowing for more precise segmentation of complex structures like polyps. Extensive experiments on the PolypDB_INS dataset using standard evaluation metrics for both instance and semantic segmentation show that DYNAFormer significantly outperforms state-of-the-art methods. Ablation studies confirm the effectiveness of the proposed techniques, highlighting the model's robustness for diagnosing colorectal cancer. Gas leak detection in oil and gas processing facilities is a critical component of the safety production monitoring system. Non-contact detection technology based on infrared imaging has emerged as a vital real-time monitoring method due to its rapid response and extensive coverage. However, existing pixel-level segmentation networks face challenges such as insufficient segmentation accuracy, rough gas edges, and jagged boundaries.

However, as the critical dimensions of patterns continue to shrink, a chip-level qualified common process window (CPW) necessitates multiple rounds of highly time-consuming iterations of source mask co-optimization (SMO). To ensure a sufficient CPW for yield improvement while reducing the iterations of SMO, this paper presents what we believe to be a novel mask optimization (MO) approach aimed at attaining the maximum effective CPW in every iteration.

Introduction: Haemophilia treatment centres (HTCs) coordinate multidisciplinary care, yet the European HTC standards on which global accreditation systems really do not reflect the wide resource gradient found in India.
Aim: To assess HTC capacities across India and explore a tiered stratification model suited to diverse settings.
Methods: A nationwide, self‑administered survey (February 2021-April 2022) was e‑mailed to all 291 HTCs registered with the Indian Association of Haemophilia and Allied Disorders.

Anchor point placement is a crucial yet often overlooked aspect of exosuit design since it determines how forces interact with the human body. This work analyzes the impact of different anchor point positions on gait kinematics, muscular activation and energetic consumption. A total of six experiments were conducted with 11 subjects wearing the XoSoft exosuit, which assists hip flexion in five configurations.
