Article Abstract

The dynamic alterations in land utilization patterns within swiftly urbanizing regions significantly influence the ecological environmental quality. Investigating these land use transformations and their implications for ecological integrity can furnish essential theoretical underpinnings and a foundation for decision-making aimed at fostering sustainable and high-quality growth in rapidly urbanizing areas. Anhui Province was chosen as the research locale, with CLCD data (1990-2020) employed to delineate land use modifications. Concurrently, a remote sensing ecological index (RSEI) was developed utilizing MODIS remote sensing satellite data to examine the interplay between land use transitions and ecological environmental quality responses during the period of accelerated urban expansion from 2000 to 2020. The findings indicate that: ① Amidst rapid urbanization, the expanse of construction land in the Anhui Province exhibited an ascending trajectory over the three-decade interval from 1990 to 2020, with the land use transformation schema predominantly marked by early-stage and late-stage alterations. The composite index of land use intensity across various cities manifested a declining trend. ② The overall ecological environmental quality in the Anhui Province progressively enhanced, with the extent of the ecological enhancement zone surpassing that of the ecological deterioration zone. ③ The enhancement or deterioration of ecological environmental quality was intimately correlated with variations in regional land use categories, demonstrating pronounced spatial heterogeneity. ④ The outcomes of single-factor analysis revealed that land use modifications in the Anhui Province were predominantly swayed by socio-economic dynamics. Interactive factor analysis suggested that the synergy between natural and socio-economic factors yielded effects of superposition or mutual reinforcement. This study underscores that a judicious realignment of land use structures is instrumental in preserving or even enhancing regional ecological environmental quality. The prudent exploitation and utilization of land resources should weigh both natural and socio-economic factors, with particular emphasis on the pivotal role of socio-economic factors in the metamorphosis and evolution of land use.

At present, flexible sensors are a hot spot in research and experimental development, but the research on flexible sensors that can be used for human motion monitoring still needs to be deepened. In this work, the green material cellulose acetate (CA) was used as the matrix material, the film was made by electrospinning, crushed by a cell grinder and sodium alginate (SA) was added to promote the uniform dispersion of nanofibers in water, and then methyltrimethoxysilane (MTMS) and MXene nanosheet dispersion were added to make it hydrophobic and good conductivity, and the aerogel precursor solution was prepared, and then the CA/SA/MTMS/MXene aerogel with directional holes was prepared by directional freeze-drying. As a flexible sensor material, it can be used for human wear, monitoring the electrical signals generated by the movement of human joints and other parts, and can still maintain a current of about 0.

Background And Aims: A scoring model was proposed to support endoscopic decision-making for cardial submucosal tumors (SMTs). The aim of this study is to perform a multicenter validation of the clinical scoring model and to introduce a new clinical classification system for cardial SMTs.

Methods: A multicenter analysis of endoscopic decision-making for cardial submucosal tumors (SMTs) was conducted.

Protein-nucleic acid binding sites play a crucial role in biological processes such as gene expression, signal transduction, replication, and transcription. In recent years, with the development of artificial intelligence, protein language models, graph neural networks, and transformer architectures have been adopted to develop both structure-based and sequence-based predictive models. Structure-based methods benefit from the spatial relationship between residues and have shown promising performance.

The 2022/2023 season witnessed a rapid resurgence of H1N1pdm09 in Anhui Province, China, surpassing previous years, prompting an examination of hemagglutinin (HA) gene mutations and cross-immunity in this study. Anhui Province's surveillance data established the detection threshold for H1N1pdm09 using the Moving Epidemic Method. Joinpoint regression compared weekly percent change (WPC) rates.

Burden and Predictions of Untreated Caries in China, 1990-2039: A Systematic Analysis for the Global Burden of Disease Study 2019.

Clin Exp Dent Res

College & Hospital of Stomatology, Anhui Medical University, Key Lab. of Oral Diseases Research of Anhui Province, Hefei, Anhui, China.

Objective: This study aims to analyze the burden of untreated caries in deciduous and permanent teeth in China from 1990 to 2019 and projects its future trends through 2039.

Materials And Methods: Data on the burden of caries in primary and permanent teeth in China between 1990 and 2019 were extracted from the Global Burden of Disease 2019 study to assess the current burden of untreated caries. The average annual percentage change (AAPC) was estimated using a joinpoint regression model to evaluate temporal trends in the burden of untreated caries.
