Background: Olfactory training (OT) has been proposed as a non-pharmacological intervention to improve cognitive functions and depressive symptomatology, but evidence remains fragmented.
Methods: In this study, we conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomised controlled trials (RCTs) comparing OT versus control in middle-aged and elderly adults. Four databases (PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Embase) were systematically searched from database inception through June 2025.

Background: Drug-coated devices are frequently used in coronary and peripheral interventions, but their effect on amputation risk in peripheral artery disease is unclear. We assessed whether drug-coated devices affect the rate of above-ankle amputation in patients with chronic limb-threatening ischaemia undergoing infrainguinal endovascular revascularisation.
Methods: The Swedish Drug-Elution Trial in Peripheral Arterial Disease 1 (SWEDEPAD 1) was a pragmatic, nationwide, multicentre, participant-masked, registry-based, randomised controlled trial at 22 Swedish centres.

Background: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) is the current gold standard for the management of acute cholecystitis, where ultrasonic dissection and electrocautery dissection are the two primary techniques used, however, it remains uncertain which approach is safer and more effective.
Objectives: This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to compare the clinical outcomes of ultrasonic dissection versus electrocautery dissection in LC for acute cholecystitis, particularly in operative time, hospital stay, blood loss, intraoperative and postoperative complications.
Method: A systematic literature search was conducted in PubMed (MEDLINE), Scopus, Web of Science (WOS), EMBASE, and Cochrane CENTRAL up to January 7, 2025, following PRISMA guidelines.

Objectives: This randomized controlled trial (RCT) aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Nano Particle Jetting (NPJ)-printed zirconia single crowns compared to Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM)-milled crowns over a 12-month follow-up period.
Methods: A total of 43 participants with 48 posterior teeth (vital or endodontically treated) were included. Randomization and allocation concealment were conducted using a computer-generated list and sealed envelopes, assigning 24 teeth to each group.
