Introduction: One of the current challenges in Parkinson's disease (PD) and other movement disorders (MD) is how and when to apply palliative care. Aware of the scarce training and implementation of this type of approach, we propose some consensual recommendations for palliative care (PC) in order to improve the quality of life of patients and their environment.
Material And Methods: After a first phase of needs analysis through a survey carried out on Spanish neurologists and a review of the literature, we describe recommendations for action structured in: palliative care models, selection of the target population, when, where and how to implement the PC.

The advent of high-throughput genomic sequencing has provided unprecedented access to genome-scale data. This deluge of data has yielded new insights into phylogenetic relationships across the tree of life. However, incongruent results arising from different data partitions or from the use of different analyses have often been overlooked or insufficiently explored.

Advances in dream neuroscience and the emergence of Code Biology have brought us closer to understanding the rules and functions underlying dream formation. Code Biology, which studies coding processes in living systems, offers a revolutionary framework for how neural and symbolic patterns generate dream narratives.

This study aims to improve the market efficiency of intellectual property pledge financing, based on the perspective of willingness to perform of technology-based SMEs, this paper defined the end-of-period value conversion coefficient of pledged property (EVCC) to measure the comparative relationship between the end-of-period value of the pledged intellectual property and the sum of principal and interest of the loan and introduced it into the game payment matrix; using evolutionary game theory, based on the assumption of bounded rationality, an evolutionary game model of intellectual property pledge financing between technology-based SMEs and banks based on the EVCC was constructed, and a numerical simulation was then conducted. The results of asymptotic stability analysis showed that when a certain condition is met, the strategy combination (performance, loan) is the evolutionary stability strategy (ESS). The numerical simulation showed that the EVCC has a positive impact on the speed of technology-based SMEs choosing the performance strategy, and there is a positive threshold effect (The threshold is 0.

Learning to optimize and automated algorithm design are attracting increasing attention, but it is still in its infancy in constrained multiobjective optimization evolutionary algorithms (CMOEAs). Current learning-assisted CMOEAs are typically crafted by human experts using manually designed techniques, which tend to be overly tuned, ad hoc, and lacking versatility. To alleviate these limitations, this work proposes transforming the online configuration of CMOEA into determinations of discrete and continuous parameters, which are then solved by deep reinforcement learning (DRL) techniques.
