Purpose: This scoping review sought to describe how primary care teams including audiologists and speech-language pathologists (S-LPs), embody well-functioning system properties, within the Theory of Systems Change.
Materials And Methods: This review was completed in accordance with the Joanna Briggs Institute Manual for Evidence Synthesis. MEDLINE, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Embase and Embase Classic, APA PsycInfo, CINAHL, Scopus, and Web of Science databases were searched for articles focusing on (1) audiologists and S-LPs and (2) primary care teams.

Upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC), a relatively rare but highly malignant tumor arising from the renal pelvis and the urothelial layer of the ureter, accounts for 5‑10% of all urothelial malignancies. The lack of specific early symptoms commonly results in a delayed diagnosis, with >60% of cases being diagnosed at an advanced stage of the disease. Lymph node involvement can critically affect the clinical outcomes, thus serving as a key prognostic indicator, guiding both staging protocols and treatment strategies.

Heterogeneous networks contain multiple types of nodes and links, with some link types encapsulating hierarchical structure over entities. Hierarchical relationships can codify information such as subcategories or one entity being subsumed by another and are often used for organizing conceptual knowledge into a tree-structured graph. Hyperbolic embedding models learn node representations in a hyperbolic space suitable for preserving the hierarchical structure.

In this study, we examine the spatio-temporal patterns of citizen-reported human-bear conflict (HBC) from 2002 to 2022 and use the Forest-Based and Boosted Classification (FBBC) technique to assess the significance of several factors in the occurrence of HBC. Our analysis reveals a significant increase in HBC incidents over the study period, with the fewest conflicts in 2002 (217) and the most in 2022 (4455). These were concentrated in northwestern Connecticut, particularly eastern Litchfield County and western Hartford County.
