It has been estimated that only a quarter of persons with infertility in the United States can sufficiently access infertility care. Against this backdrop of disparity, specific populations, including persons of color, sexual and gender minorities, immigrants, and lower-income persons, face barriers that further constrain access to care. Study Design: The data are from a supplementary study to a cluster randomized controlled trial conducted with young people sexually-active within the past year recruited at 29 community colleges during the COVID-19 pandemic (May 2020-May 2023).

Introduction: Radiographer turnover poses a major challenge for healthcare systems, especially in low-to-middle-income countries like the Philippines. Shortages are worsened by low licensure pass rates, limited career advancement, and uneven workforce distribution. This study offers the first model-based analysis of turnover intention predictors among Filipino radiographers, addressing a critical gap in allied health workforce research.
