Background: Adolescence is a critical period for lifelong health, which makes access to accurate and comprehensive sexuality education essential. As video platforms become a primary source of information for adolescents, the quality of their content significantly impacts their physical and mental health.
Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the quality, reliability, understandability, and actionability of adolescent sexuality education videos on major Chinese platforms (Bilibili, TikTok or Douyin, and Kwai), analyze associated user comment sentiment and topics, identify predictors of quality and reliability, and provide recommendations.

ConspectusThis Account considers how the discovery of crystalline inorganic materials, defined as their experimental realization in the laboratory, can benefit from computation: computational predictions afford candidates for laboratory exploration, not discoveries themselves. The discussion distinguishes between the novelty of a material in terms of its composition and in terms of its structure. The stepwise modification of the composition of a parent material with retention of its crystal structure can reduce the risk in seeking new materials and offers the ability to fine-tune properties which has demonstrated value in optimizing materials performance.

Importance: Frontal fibrosing alopecia (FFA) is an inflammatory and scarring form of hair loss of increasing prevalence that most commonly affects women. An improved understanding of the genetic basis of FFA will support the identification of pathogenic mechanisms and therapeutic targets.
Objective: To identify novel genomic loci at which common genetic variation affects FFA susceptibility and assess nonadditive effects on genetic risk between susceptibility loci.

Importance: Transthyretin tetramer destabilization is the rate-limiting step in the development of transthyretin cardiac amyloidosis, an underrecognized contributor to mortality in older adults.
Objective: To test the hypothesis that transthyretin tetramer destabilization is associated with all-cause and cardiovascular mortality in the general population.
Design, Setting, And Participants: In this cohort study including individuals aged 20 to 80 years, genetic data were analyzed from 2 similar prospective studies of the Danish general population, the Copenhagen City Heart Study (CCHS) and the Copenhagen General Population Study (CGPS).
