Cancer neoantigens that arise from tumor mutations are drivers of tumor-specific T cell responses, but identification of T cell-recognized neoantigens in individual patients is challenging. Previous methods have restricted antigen discovery to selected HLA alleles, thereby limiting the breadth of neoantigen repertoires that can be uncovered. Here, we develop a genetic neoantigen screening system that allows sensitive identification of CD4 and CD8 T cell-recognized neoantigens across patients' complete HLA genotypes.

Background: Vaccination is a key strategy to reduce infectious disease mortality. In pediatric heart transplant recipients (HTRs), the use of immunosuppressive therapy weakens immune responses, increasing the risk of viral infections. This study aimed to evaluate the immunogenicity of hepatitis B virus (HBV) revaccination in this vulnerable population.

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental condition that is increasingly linked to immune dysfunction and neuroinflammation. Regulatory T cells (Tregs), which are crucial in maintaining immune homeostasis, have been implicated in the pathogenesis of ASD. However, their role in neuroimmune interactions and behavioral outcomes remains poorly understood.

Background: Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) is a common respiratory infection in children, current treatments are limited by resistance and side effects. This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of combining Qingke Mixture with azithromycin for treating MPP in children.
Methods: This prospective, randomized, double-blind, controlled trial included 92 children diagnosed with MPP.
Congenital disorders of glycosylation (CDG) are a heterogeneous group of inherited metabolic diseases (IMD) characterized by defects in the synthesis and modification of glycoproteins and glycolipids. One of these disorders is ATP6AP1-CDG, a rare X-linked disease with approximately 30 cases reported so far. Symptoms associated with ATP6AP1-CDG include immunodeficiency, liver dysfunction, and neurological manifestations.

Background: Recombinant human thrombopoietin (rhTPO) regulates platelet production by promoting megakaryocyte proliferation and has shown promising therapeutic effects in hematopoietic recovery for severe aplastic anemia (SAA). However, its potential impact on immune cells remains unclear.
Methods: This study included 23 patients with SAA, who were divided into two groups based on whether they received rhTPO.
