Introduction: This work aims to assess the accuracy of robotic assistance guided by a videometric tracker in deep brain stimulation (DBS).
Methods: We retrospectively reviewed a total of 30 DBS electrode implantations, assisted by the Remebot robotic system, with a novel frameless videometric registration workflow. Then we selected 30 PD patients who used stereotactic frame surgery to implant electrodes during the same period. For each electrode, accuracy was assessed using radial and axial error.
Results: The average radial error of the robot-assisted electrode implantation was 1.28 ± 0.36 mm, and the average axial error was 1.20 ± 0.40 mm. No deaths or associated hemorrhages, infections or poor incision healing occurred.
Conclusion: Robot-assisted implantation guided by a videometric tracker is accurate and safe.

Statement Of Problem: Immediate implant and interim restoration placement in the maxillary anterior esthetic zone presents challenges in achieving optimal implant positioning, esthetics, and peri-implant tissue stability. A more accurate and efficient clinical workflow is needed to address these demands.
Purpose: This study aimed to establish a fully digital workflow that combines autonomous robotic-assisted immediate implant placement and prefabricated interim restorations in the maxillary anterior esthetic region and to evaluate its accuracy and short-term clinical outcomes.

The advent of the purpose-built da Vinci single-port robotic platform marks a pivotal advancement in minimally invasive urological surgery. Designed to overcome the ergonomic and technical limitations of prior single-site approaches, the single-port system enables complex procedures through a single incision, with enhanced dexterity, optimized use of confined spaces and improved cosmetic and peri-operative outcomes. The single-port system has been increasingly used across a wide range of urological indications, including robot-assisted radical prostatectomy, partial nephrectomy, nephroureterectomy and reconstructive surgeries such as pyeloplasty and ureteral re-implantation.

Background: Robot-assisted pedicle screw placement demonstrates superior accuracy over conventional techniques, yet proprietary ecosystems limit implant compatibility and surgical choice. Can a custom screwdriver enable third-party instrumentation while maintaining navigational precision within the Mazor X Stealth Edition robotic system?
Methods: This retrospective comparative single-center study analysed 100 consecutive patients undergoing robot-assisted thoracolumbar fusion using custom screwdriver instrumentation (July-December 2024) versus 100 historical controls using standard proprietary instrumentation (October 2023-June 2024). The custom screwdriver had shaft dimensions matched to the robotic arm guide and navigation tracker compatibility.

Background: This retrospective study aimed to investigate the accuracy of robot-assisted implant surgery and identify the factors influencing it.
Methods: Patients with single or multiple missing teeth were enrolled in the robot-assisted implant surgery. The patients underwent cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) using a marker.

Background: Accurate spatial positioning is the key to the precise implantation of coracoid screws. This study aimed to explore the efficacy and current issues of TiRobot ForcePro Superior (TFS) in the treatment of scapular coracoid fractures by comparing it with the freehand screw implantation technique.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 29 patients with scapular coracoid fractures who underwent surgical treatment at Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2019 to 2024.
