Endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) and chondrocyte apoptosis are recognized as critical pathological factors in the development of osteoarthritis (OA). Daidzin (DDZ), an isoflavone derived from soybean, exhibits antioxidant, anticancer, and anti-atherosclerotic properties. This research seeks to investigate the therapeutic potential and primary mechanisms of Daidzin using a murine Destabilization of the Medial Meniscus instability model and a TBHP-induced in vitro OA chondrocyte model.

Aim: To explore the role and underlying mechanisms of farnesoid X receptor (FXR) in the development of DN by regulating endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) molecular chaperone binding immunoglobulin protein (BiP) expression.
Methods: Bioinformatics analyses identified potential FXR-binding elements in the BiP promoter.

This paper presents a novel terahertz (THz) graphene-based tunable metamaterial that operates as a frequency-multiplexed logic device. The structure consists of a gold layer, a dielectric substrate, and an array of graphene resonators formed by two circular ring resonators per unit cell. The metamaterial is simulated and designed in CST Software.
