Background And Purpose: To assess the diagnostic performance of conventional and diffusion weighted (DWI) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in predicting response in locally advanced cervical cancer.
Materials And Methods: Total 24 patients with stage IIB-IIIB squamous cell carcinoma cervix were treated with initial two cycles of paclitaxel and carboplatin and concurrent low dose radiotherapy prior to standard chemoradiation. Response was assessed clinically and radiologically after 3 weeks of initial treatment. Volumetric and functional parameters derived from conventional and diffusion weighted MRI, due to treatment were measured.
Results: Significant reduction of GTV was noted in MRI (54 cm(3) vs. 11 cm(3), p < 0.01) and DWI (44 cm(3) vs. 6 cm(3), p < 0.01, ΔADC = 0.49 × 10(-3)mm(2)/sec, p < 0.01) after treatment. Tumor volume reduction rate (TVRR) in DWI was significantly higher in pathological good responders (p = 0.03). In this group both mean post treatment apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) value and ΔADC were significantly higher (p = 0.01 and p = 0.03). ADC was a good predictor for pathological response (area under receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) 0.814).
Conclusion: TVRR (DWI) and ΔADC can be used as a predictor of early pathological response. Complete response based on DWI, could be a useful predictor of long term disease control.

Introduction: Anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDA-R) encephalitis is a neuropsychiatric disorder with additional psychiatric features caused by NMDA-R immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). This report presents the follow-up of a patient in whom we assumed mild NMDA-R encephalitis in the first psychotic episode.
Case Study: A patient with a prior episode of an acute polymorphic psychotic syndrome relapsed five and a half years later following a severe COVID-19 infection.

The stress distribution in Li metal strongly affects the interfacial Li-ion diffusion, thereby influencing the morphology of plated Li and the performance of the battery. Here, we report a mechano-electrochemical coupling strategy that utilizes an arched structured carbon aerogel to achieve stable Li-plating/stripping electrochemistry. The arch-structured carbon aerogel can actively regulate stress distributions in response to the compressive stresses induced by Li deposition, generating the transition of stress from compressive on the convex surface to tensile on the concave surface, which can effectively promote the Li-migration kinetics and thus suppress the non-uniform deposition of Li.

Nanostructuring, which shortens lithium-ion diffusion lengths, can help facilitate pseudocapacitive behavior in some battery materials. Here, nanostructured LiNiCoAlO (NCA), with porosity and decreased crystallite size compared to commercial bulk NCA, was synthesized using a colloidal polymer template. We report 35 patients who had a leukemic phase of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma/high-grade B-cell lymphoma with MYC and BCL2 rearrangements, also known as double-hit lymphoma (DHL). There were 23 men and 12 women with a median age of 57 years (range, 29-82). Eight patients had an established DHL diagnosis and later developed a leukemic phase of disease and 27 presented with DHL and a leukemic phase of disease at initial diagnosis.
