Triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) is a prospective energy harvesting technology, especially polymer-based TENG has achieved remarkable achievements. However, most polymer-based triboelectric layers suffer serious structural degradation and rapid decrease of charge density at high temperatures, which severely lowers the power supply capacity of TENG and definitely limits their applications in extreme environments. Herein, the antioxidants are introduced into liquid crystalline polyarylate (LCP) to fabricate thermally stable TENG and enhance its thermal oxidation resistance.

The use of conventional opioids that act on μ-receptors is a recognized care agent for moderate-to-severe acute treatment. However, recent attention has shifted to a new class of μ-receptor agonists which can selectively activate the G-protein pathway and thus have better efficacy and fewer side effects. Recently, YZJ-4729 was developed as a new G protein selective μ-opioid receptor agonist.

However, despite substantial progress in hydrogel research, creating a hydrogel adhesive that integrates high stretchability, fatigue resistance, and reversible adhesion continues to pose significant challenges. In this study, we aimed to address these challenges by preparing hydrogels using a combination of acrylic acid, acrylamide, carboxymethylcellulose methacrylate, thiol-functionalized polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane, and poly(ethylene glycol) dimethacrylate (PEGDM).

It remains a challenge for a simple and scalable method to fabricate ultrathin porous Janus membranes for stretchable on-skin electronics. Here, we propose a one-step droplet spreading phase separation strategy to prepare an ultrathin and easily collected Janus thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) membrane within seconds. The metal-ion solvation structure mitigated migration kinetics to delay TPU solution demixing, promoting the further penetration of the coagulating solvent.

Despite tremendous progress in skin-mimicking materials, the integration of these desirable properties into a single material system remains an ongoing challenge. Here, drawing inspiration from the structure of reflectin proteins in cephalopod skins, a long-term anti-salt elastomer with skin-like nonlinear mechanical properties and extraordinary damage resistance properties is presented.

Youkenafil is a novel Phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor used for treating erectile dysfunction. N-desethyl compound of youkenafil (M1) is its main active metabolite. In this study, two methods were developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of youkenafil and M1 by HPLC-MS/MS in human matrices including seminal plasma and plasma, in which the multiple reaction monitoring and electrospray ionization in positive mode were adopted, and the deuterated youkenafil (youkenafil-d5) was selected as the internal standard.

These composites are hardly recycled since their reinforcements are unevenly distributed after reprocessing, which limits the sustainable development of TENGs. To solve the above challenges, in situ generated nanofiber reinforced composites (NFRCs) based on single-component liquid crystal polyarylate (LCP) are designed and prepared via a one-step polycondensation.

YR-1702, a hybrid μ/κ/δ receptor agonist, is modified from the traditional opioid analgesic dezocine. It had shown both excellent analgesic effect and lower addiction in phase I clinical trial in China, however, the metabolic pathway of YR-1702 in humans remains unelucidated. The goals of this study are to characterise the metabolism of YR-1702 in human liver microsomes (HLMs) and patients with chronic non-cancer pain by high performance liquid chromatography-coupled with quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (HPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS).

The clinical efficacy, serum tumor markers, and miR-34 expression levels of bronchial artery embolization (BAE) in patients with lung cancer with hemoptysis are investigated. 92 patients with lung cancer hemoptysis treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 are randomly selected, and 92 patients are randomly divided into the conservative group and the BAE group according to the number table method, with 46 patients in each group. The efficacy, overall survival (OS) rate, coagulation function, hemoptysis volume, serum tumor markers, and miR-34 expression are compared among all groups at different time points.

Because hydrogen bonds were formed between ⁻COOH groups of XNBR and phenolic hydroxyl groups of PDA, the encapsulation of GNS-PDA around XNBR latex particles was achieved, and led to a segregated network structure of filler formed in the GNS-PDA/XNBR composite. Thus, the XNBR composite filled with GNS-PDA showed improved filler dispersion, enhanced dielectric constant and dielectric strength, and decreased conductivity compared with the XNBR composite filled with pristine GNS.

Deregulated microRNAs (miRNAs) are small noncoding RNAs that are involved in the carcinogenesis of various cancers, including lung cancer. HIF1a has been suggested to be a master regulator of hypoxia-induced cell proliferation. The relationship between HIF1a expression and the progression of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is not fully understood, and whether HIF1a expression is regulated by miRNAs in this process remains unclear.
