Background: Patient-reported health-related quality of life (HRQoL) impacted by symptom burden is predictive of overall survival in patients with aggressive Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).
Method: This cross-sectional study investigated the Core Symptoms Burden Set (CSBS) significantly affecting the HRQoL in patient with aggressive NHL and identify a single cutoff point to separate clinical difference. The MDASI-TCM and EQ-5D-5 L were used to assess the symptom (severity and interference) and HRQoL.
The conventional antidepressant treatments are ineffective, having undesirable side effects and relapse susceptibility. Nutrient and probiotics supplementation may have adjuvant antidepressant effects. This study aims to develop and assess the antidepressant properties of a nutrient-synbiotic complex and investigate the underlying mechanisms.

Endostatin, a collagen XVIII-derived fragment, uniquely suppresses angiogenesis and reprograms the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME), positioning it as a dual-targeting therapeutic. Despite clinical advancements with recombinant human endostatin (rhEs), challenges such as transient efficacy and delivery limitations persist.

However, the research on PD-L1 correlation prediction models is not fully understood. The aim of our study was to investigate the role of PD-L1-related genes in lung adenocarcinoma immunity.

Jinlong capsule (JLC), an original drug developed in China, is a Chinese patent medicine used to treat liver cancer. Research has demonstrated the antitumor effects of JLC, attributed to its unique preparation process.

This study aimed to investigate the symptom clusters among patients with BC who are undergoing endocrine therapy and actively seek TCM treatment in China.
Methods: Patients with BC who were undergoing endocrine therapy were recruited.

Purpose Of The Study: Radiation-induced dermatitis (RID) is the most frequent side effect of radiotherapy; however, no effective treatments are currently available. This study investigated the efficacy and safety of an herbal gel for preventing RID and associated symptoms in patients with cancer.
Materials And Methods: Cancer patients were randomly assigned 1:1 in an open-label randomized clinical trial.
Objective: The prevalence of long COVID among cancer patients remains unknown. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of long COVID and explore potential risk factors among cancer patients.
Methods: A systematic search was performed on PubMed, Web of Science, and Embase from database inception until 21 March 2024, to identify studies that reported long COVID in cancer patients.
Background: The burden of malignant lymphoma in China is greater than the global equivalent. The randomized controlled trials provide medical evidence that TCM can improve the response and survival in patients with lymphoma. However, the mechanisms underlying remain undefined.

Background: Radiotherapy (RT) causes adverse events for which there are no effective treatments. This study investigated the clinical benefits of compound Kushen injection (CKI) in managing radiation injury in patients with lung cancer.
Methods: A multicenter, open-label, randomized clinical trial randomly assigned patients with lung cancer to receive either CKI (20 mL/d for at least 4 weeks) integrated with curative RT (RT + CKI group; n=130) or RT alone (control group; n=130).
One-pot synthesis of a new doubly boron-doped polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon of 6,12-dimesityl-6,12-dihydro-6,12-diboradibenzo[def,mno]chrysene (MDBDBC) was reported. MDBDBC features a rigid planar electron-deficient core structure and demonstrates good chemical and thermal stabilities. A low-lying LUMO of -3.
