Introduction: This study aimed to extract, evaluate, and summarize the evidence related to the management of sleep disorders after malignant tumor surgery, providing a reference for evidence-based clinical practice.
Methods: A systematic and hierarchical search strategy was used to identify relevant evidence from authoritative databases and resources. Following the "6S" evidence pyramid model, we conducted a comprehensive review of the following databases: BMJ Best Practice, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, Clinical Trials, Embase, PubMed, UpToDate, Web of Science, Guidelines International Network, National Guideline Clearinghouse, and the National Guidelines Database.
Background: Postoperative hypothermia seems to be a common problem in surgical patients but is easily ignored. This study aimed to identify risk factors for postoperative hypothermia in non-cardiac surgery patients.
Methods: We searched databases including PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, VIP, Wan Fang, CNKI, and CBM from inception to April 2025.

This review meticulously evaluates the integration of behavioral change theories into pulmonary rehabilitation programs for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) management, addressing the critical need for enhanced patient compliance and improved therapeutic outcomes. With COPD posing significant global health challenges, characterized by high morbidity and mortality rates, the manuscript underscores the potential of Self-Determination Theory, Social Cognitive Theory, the Transtheoretical Model, the Health Belief Model, and the Theory of Planned Behavior to foster meaningful health behavior changes among patients. Through a comprehensive literature analysis, it reveals how each model contributes to understanding patient behaviors in pulmonary rehabilitation contexts, advocating for their systematic application to craft more effective, patient-centered interventions.

Prompt recognition of infection is required to prevent further complications which include pelvic inflammatory disease and less commonly, perihepatitis which is known eponymously as Fitz-Hugh-Curtis syndrome. Third generation cephalosporins such as ceftriaxone remain effective in the treatment of gonococcal infection, however failure in initiation of appropriate antibiotic therapy in a timely manner can result in further disseminated disease.
