Its venom consists of a complex mixture of peptides and enzymes, including the protease toxin hemiscorpius crolysin, the analgesic peptide, and the cytotoxic agent which attacks vascular low-body weight patients, and especially young patients, are prone to systemic complications such as nephrotoxicity, hemolysis, hepatotoxicity, and even death. In this case report, we present a 7-year-old boy from city of Ahwaz in southwestern Iran, who was bitten by Gadeem () and developed hemolytic uremic syndrome.

IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is a chronic systemic inflammatory  disease, characterized by tissue infiltration of lymphocytes and  IgG4-secreting plasma cells, presenting by fibrosis of different  tissues, which is usually responsive only to oral steroids therapy.  Kidneys are the most commonly involved organs, exhibiting renal  insufficiency, tubulointerstitial nephritis, and glomerulonephritis.  Here, we describe a patient with acute renal insufficiency who  was presented with edema, weakness, anemia and multiple  lymphadenopathies.

Introduction: Membranous nephropathy (MN) has variable clinical outcomes, ranging from spontaneous remission to slow progression to kidney failure. Since the clinical outcomes of MN have not been studied in a large sample size in Iran, this study was designed to evaluate the outcome of patients diagnosed with MN at Hasheminejad Kidney Center (HKC), Tehran.

Methods: In this retrospective cohort study, 1086 patients with a diagnosis of MN who were biopsied between 1998 and 2018 in HKC were evaluated through a review of medical records for baseline clinical and laboratory characteristics at the time of biopsy and through a review of follow-up charts and phone calls for the evaluation of clinical outcomes.

Isolated extramedullary relapse of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) after allogeneic stem cell transplant is rare. There is a case report of a child who developed a granulocytic sarcoma of the maxillary and sphenoid sinuses and lumbosacral spinal cord mass 18 months after allogeneic bone marrow transplant for CML.
