Achieving quantitative control over interlayer spacing in multilayer two-dimensional (2D) supramolecular organic frameworks (SOFs) remains a fundamental challenge. Here, we report a molecular pillar engineering strategy enabling programmable vertical expansion of bilayer architectures. By designing elongated bipyridine pillars L2/L3 (3.

This study aims to systematically analyze alterations in striatal metabolites across different stages of PD to identify potential biomarkers, elucidate pathological mechanisms, and explore therapeutic targets.
Methods: A total of 72 mice were divided into six groups, including one control group and five PD model groups (W1-W5, representing distinct stages based on the duration of 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine/probenecid induction).

Against the backdrop of global carbon neutrality target driving the transformation of energy structure, alcohol fuel cells (AFCs) show great application potential; However, the sluggish kinetics of their anodic alcohol oxidation reaction hinders the commercialization of AFCs. Metallene is a novel 2D material with potential application prospect in the field of electrocatalysis. In this paper, PdMoW trimetallene has been successfully produced by a one-pot wet-chemical method, which displays a unique two-dimensional curved ultrathin graphene structure.

The behavior of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) released from tire road wear particles (TRWPs) in human digestive fluids may pose a significant risk to human health. However, the current understanding of the release pattern and influencing factors of PAHs from TRWPs is still insufficient. In this study, the release characteristics of PAHs from UV-aging TRWPs (ATRWPs) were systematically investigated by in vitro digestive simulation experiments, release kinetic model fitting and control variable experiments.

Introduction And Aims: Calcified root canals in mandibular anterior teeth present significant therapeutic challenges due to their narrow anatomy and minimal tolerance for procedural errors. This case report demonstrates the successful integration of robot-assisted navigation with an ultra-fine bur to address these challenges.
Methods: A 44-year-old male presented with symptomatic chronic apical periodontitis and pulp calcification in a mandibular lateral incisor, 20 years after orthodontic treatment.
