Introduction And Importance: Foreign body ingestion is a significant clinical concern, particularly among elderly and psychiatric patients, often leading to complications such as intestinal obstruction. In this article, we present an intriguing case of dual intestinal and urinary obstruction caused by the ingestion of a dental bridge in a patient with Bricker urinary diversion. Through this rare case, we aim to explore the diagnostic and therapeutic challenges associated with such incidents, supported by a comprehensive review of the literature.

Background: Foreign body ingestion is a common emergency in clinical practice. While the majority of cases are resolved following successful removal, rare and unexpected complications can arise, such as the spontaneous displacement of a foreign body during the procedure. This report describes a unique case where a foreign body initially lodged in the esophagus was dropped during the procedure, leading to aspiration and migration to the airway.

Background: Occult intraocular foreign bodies (IOFBs) can present with atypical symptoms and clinical signs, making diagnosis challenging. We describe a case of an undetected IOFB that was missed on both computed tomography and B-ultrasound, ultimately leading to ocular siderosis and secondary glaucoma.
Case Summary: A 55-year-old male patient presented to our clinic reporting a one-month history of right ocular discomfort and progressive visual deterioration.

Despite the significance of enhancing the quality of life (QoL) and overall health status (including physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being) among individuals who have survived cancer, the existing prediction model for QoL and health status lacks sufficient interpretation. Our primary objectives were to develop and validate simple prediction models for QoL and secondary health statuses. Additionally, we aimed to interpret these prediction models using explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) methods, including extracting important features and creating dependence plots.
