Background: Virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have advanced significantly over the past few decades, expanding into various fields, including dental education.
Purpose: To comprehensively review the application of VR and AI technologies in dentistry training, focusing on their impact on cognitive load management and skill enhancement. This study systematically summarizes the existing literature by means of a scoping review to explore the effects of the application of these technologies and to explore future directions.

The uncharted effects of cadmium and cesium on circadian syndrome (CircS), an emerging circadian rhythm disorder drawing considerable attention, and underlying mechanisms warrant exigent elaboration. Data of 11141 subjects from National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2005-2018 were incorporated to investigate separate-, joint-/interaction-, and mixture-effects of urinary cadmium and cesium on prevalent CircS risk exploiting survey weight regression and quantile g-computation. The underlying mechanisms were probed by network toxicological analysis.

Background: Few population-based multilevel analyses examining individual- and neighborhood-level risk factors for schizophrenia have been conducted.
Methods: A study cohort of all persons born in Denmark from 1990 to 1999 was followed for diagnosis with schizophrenia. Follow-up was initiated at 10th birthday and terminated at death, emigration, incident diagnosis, or 31st December 2018, whichever came first.

With the rapid development of genomic sequencing technologies, there is an increasing demand for efficient and accurate sequence analysis methods. However, existing methods face challenges in handling long, variable-length sequences and large-scale datasets. To address these issues, we propose a novel encoding method-Energy Entropy Vector (EEV).
