In single cell biology, the complexity of tissues may hinder lineage cell mapping or tumor microenvi-ronment decomposition, requiring digital dissociation of bulk tissues. Many deconvolution methods focus on transcriptomic assay, not easily applicable to other omics due to ambiguous cell markers and reference-to-target difference. Here, we present MODE, a multimodal autoencoder pipeline linking multi-dimensional features to jointly predict personalized multi-omic profiles and cellular compositions, using pseudo-bulk data constructed by internal non-transcriptomic reference and external scRNA-seq data. MODE was evaluated through rigorous simulation experiments and real multiomic data from multiple tissue types, outperforming nine deconvolution pipelines with superior generalizability and fidelity.

PurposeThis study aimed to test a robotic supine gait training (RSGT) device's safety when treating children and adolescents with a variety of diagnoses, to ensure their safety and the standardization of clinical practices.MethodsThis retrospective observational study included 280 patients who underwent one or more treatment sessions with a RSGT device (DPA Med) at the Nantes Regional Children's and Adolescent Health Care Center. These patients' medical files, indexed in the digital medical file manager program, were examined in search of evidence of adverse events presumably associated with the treatment.

Selective photoreduction of CO with HO to hydrocarbons is challenged by inadequate and uncontrollable electron and proton feeding. Herein, this limitation is overcome by integrating HO dissociation, CO reduction, and O evolution catalysts into a dual S-scheme heterojunction and regulating exposed facets of the heterojunction supports. In this design, H and OH species generated by HO dissociation on the NH-MIL-125 support transfer to the T-COF shell and FeO insert for CO reduction and O evolution, respectively.

Wound therapy has long been a complex challenge within the medical field. The parameters at the wound area change constantly, presenting a significant challenge in monitoring wound conditions for guiding drug release and enabling real-time therapy. Herein, a hierarchically structured hydrogel, composed of a supramolecular hydrogel with bactericidal activity and a polymer hydrogel promoting wound healing, was designed and fabricated using physical crosslinking method.

Background: Craniocervical dissociation (CCD) is a rare but potentially fatal injury resulting from high-energy trauma. Rapid recognition and appropriate management are essential to reduce mortality and long-term complications.
Case Presentation: A woman in her fifties was hit by a bus while using a pedestrian crossing.
