Objective: To evaluate and summarize evidence on intervention of the meaning of life of cancer patients, and provide evidence-based basis for clinical practice.
Methods: According to the "6S" evidence model, The literature related to the life meaning intervention in cancer patients were systematically searched in domestic and foreign evidence-based resource databases, comprehensive databases and professional society websites from the inception of database to Oct 2023. Two researchers evaluated the quality of the literature, extracted and integrated evidence.
Results: A total of 28 articles were included, including 2 the computer decisions, 4 guidelines, 7 systematic evaluations, 6 quasi-experimental studies, and 9 randomized controlled trials. A final total of 48 pieces of evidence were summarized, including 5 areas of organizational management, assessment, evaluation indicators, intervention programs for meaning of life, and intervention techniques.
Conclusion: This study forms the evidence of intervention of the meaning of life of cancer patients, which can provide reference for clinical practice, Individualized treatment and nursing care should be provided according to the symptoms and actual needs of the patients, and relevant evidence should be updated in time.

Background: Late-life depression (LLD) is associated with negative outcomes including high rates of recurrence and cognitive decline. However, the neurobiological changes influencing such outcomes in LLD are not well understood. Disequilibrium in large-scale brain networks may contribute to LLD-related cognitive decline.

Wendan Decoction (WDD), a classic formula for the expectoration of phlegm, has been acknowledged for the management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Nevertheless, the therapeutic components and mechanism of WDD in COPD remain elusive. Hence, an analytical strategy for extensive investigation of the constituents in WDD combining UFLC-ESI-Q/TOF-MS and subsequent network pharmacology was conducted, and the appropriate preparation of bio-samples was involved with mechanistic bioanalysis including multi-technique metabolomics and molecular biological means, that pivotal factors such as PTGS2, arachidonic acid (AA) metabolism, and PI3K-AKT signaling pathway were recommended as potential central elements for the anti-COPD effects.

Unlabelled: The Media-Fill Test is a crucial procedure in the pharmaceutical industry, especially for the production of sterile drugs that do not undergo terminal sterilization (meaning they are prepared directly under aseptic conditions). The primary goal of the Media-Fill Test is to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the aseptic process in preventing microbial contamination. It doesn't serve to test the sterility of an individual production batch, but rather to: Validate the aseptic process, Qualify personnel, Identify critical points and Verify the environment.

Objective: Explore the factors that promote and hinder emotional well-being(EWB) in adolescents with epilepsy(AWE), and provide theoretical evidence for promoting the improvement of EWB in AWEs.
Method: Using purposive sampling, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 16 AWEs aged 13-18 years, and data analysis was performed based on the PERMA model.
Results: Four subthemes of facilitating factors for EWB in AWEs were identified: positive emotions (positive experiences in daily life), engagement (stage-appropriate feasible goals), relationships (harmonious family relationships, supportive peer relationships, and understanding teachers), and accomplishment (stage-appropriate feasible goals).

We examined the concurrent change in developmental language phase (DLP) and linguistic status of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)/autism, identified as Nonverbal/Minimally-Verbal (NV/MV), utilizing Augmentative/Alternative Communication (AAC) systems. We compared the linguistic output of NV/MV autistic children concurrently, with and without use of AAC systems. Additionally, we compared the linguistic level, characteristics, and early developmental milestones for AAC users and non-users.
