In the process of UAV small target vehicle detection, it is difficult to extract the features because of the small target shape of the vehicle, the environment noise is big, the vehicles are dense and easy to miss detection. The LMAD-YOLO model is proposed, and the MultiEdgeEnhancer module is designed to enhance the edge information and enhance the feature capture through a series of operations. Large Separable Kernel Attention and SPPF are combined to form MSPF module, which can realize multi-scale perception aggregation and improve the ability of distinguishing small targets from interference. Adown module is introduced to replace the model of sampling, in order to reduce the parameters and computational complexity while enhancing the accuracy of small target detection. A Multidimensional Diffusion Fusion Pyramid Network is designed, in which Dasi and feature spread mechanism are used to fuse features to reduce the error detection and missed detection. Compared with YOLO11n model P, R, MAP50 of the improved model on DroneVehicle data set were increased by 2.4%,1.4%,2.2% respectively. The model also showed good generalization ability on the VisDrone data set.

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a prevalent chronic disease, characterized by progressive joint degeneration and primarily affects older adults. OA leads to reduced functional abilities, a lower quality of life, and an increased mortality rate. Currently, effective treatment options for OA are lacking.

Introduction: Interstitial lung disease is a major complication in patients with common variable immunodeficiency. There are some publications that try to shed light on the pathophysiology of this non-infectious complication, most of them highlight the role of follicular T cells and CD21 B cells. Moreover, there are no guidelines based on randomized controlled studies on the treatment of patients with interstitial lung disease and the published case series or small uncontrolled studies describe a wide range of response rates to treatment.

Background: Lung cancer remains the leading cause of cancer-related mortality globally, primarily due to late-stage diagnosis, molecular heterogeneity, and therapy resistance. Key biomarkers such as EGFR, ALK, KRAS, and PD-1 have revolutionized precision oncology; however, comprehensive structural and clinical validation of these targets is crucial to enhance therapeutic efficacy.
Methods: Protein sequences for EGFR, ALK, KRAS, and PD-1 were retrieved from UniProt and modeled using SWISS-MODEL to generate high-confidence 3D structures.

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease, the incidence of which continues to rise globally, and existing therapeutic options are limited by low drug bioavailability and systemic side effects. In this study, we systematically investigated the challenges of the special gastrointestinal environment of UC patients for oral drug delivery, such as extreme pH, degradation by digestive enzymes, metabolism of intestinal flora and obstruction of the intestinal mucosal barrier, and summarized the potential of plant-derived Exosome-like Nanovesicles (PELNs) as a novel delivery system. PELNs are produced by plant cells and mainly consist of proteins, RNA, lipids and plant active molecules.

A strategy for targeting tumor-associated hypoxia utilizes reductase enzyme-mediated cleavage to convert biologically inert prodrugs to their corresponding biologically active parent therapeutic agents selectively in areas of pronounced hypoxia. Small-molecule inhibitors of tubulin polymerization represent unique therapeutic agents for this approach, with the most promising functioning as both antiproliferative agents (cytotoxins) and as vascular disrupting agents (VDAs). VDAs selectively and effectively disrupt tumor-associated microvessels, which are typically fragile and chaotic in nature.
