In recent years, the incidence of multiple primary lung cancer (MPLC) has been increasing, and it cannot be ignored in clinical practice. The treatment of MPLC is still controversial, but surgical treatment is recognized as the most important treatment. However, current studies have shown that the treatment of MPLC needs to develop multimodal treatment according to different patients. This review summarizes multiple treatment method for MPLC, including surgery, ablation, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy in order to enhance understanding of MPLC treatment. .

Glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy are complex eye diseases that involve inflammation. Several cellular models are developed to study inflammation mechanisms in the posterior segment of the eye. These models, are composed of cells of various origins (human or animal), derived from different tissues (retina, choroid, skin, and umbilical cord) and belonging to different cell types (epithelial, endothelial, vascular, and neuronal).

Secreted frizzled-related protein 4 (sFRP4) plays a fundamental role in the regulation of Wnt signalling, which is crucial for cellular proliferation and differentiation. The sFRP4 has garnered significant interest as a therapeutic target for metabolic diseases and cancer due to its mechanism of action. Although existing sFRP4 modulators show limited specificity and notable off-target effects, our study explores the potential of known bioactive compounds as more selective and less toxic alternatives.

Background: Although previous studies suggested associations between psoriasis and atopic dermatitis (AD), the directionality and causality of these relationships remain controversial. This study employed bidirectional Mendelian randomization to investigate the potential causal relationships between these two inflammatory skin conditions.
Methods: Genome-wide association statistics were obtained for psoriasis and AD from large-scale consortia and meta-analyses of genome-wide association studies.

Background: Primary Cutaneous CD4+ Small Medium T Cell Lymphoproliferative Disorder (PCSM-TLPD) is a rare subtype of indolent lymphoproliferative disease. The treatment, investigations and follow-up protocol are being re-evaluated.
Objective: To use our service evaluation to understand the presentation, response rate, relapse rate, treatment variation, progression free and overall survival of our cohort.

Class incremental learning (CIL) offers a promising framework for continuous fault diagnosis (CFD), allowing networks to accumulate knowledge from streaming industrial data and recognize new fault classes. However, current CIL methods assume a balanced data stream, which does not align with the long-tail distribution of fault classes in real industrial scenarios. To fill this gap, this article investigates the impact of long-tail bias in the data stream on the CIL training process through the experimental analysis.
