Low-temperature rechargeable batteries face great challenges due to the sluggish reaction kinetics. Redox covalent organic frameworks (COFs) with porous structures provide a viable solution to accelerate the ionic diffusion and reaction kinetics at low temperatures. However, the applications of COFs in low-temperature batteries are still at their infancy stage.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by β-amyloid (Aβ) deposition, imposing significant social and economic burdens globally. Despite extensive efforts have been devoted to developing fluorescent probes for Aβ imaging, further improving the luminescent efficiency of prevailing probes still remains a significant challenge. Herein, we investigated the inner mechanism of constructing high-efficient Aβ probes via a structural cyclization strategy.

A versatile fluorescent molecularly imprinted nanosensor (MIPs@O-CDs) for profiling ciprofloxacin (CIP) was innovatively developed using a controllable post-imprinting modification strategy. High-affinity molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) as recognition elements granted nanosensor favorable anti-interference. Bright orange-emission carbon dots (O-CDs) as signal transducers demonstrated prominent reverse fluorescence response to CIP due to inner filter effect, ameliorating detection sensitivity and accuracy.

Introduction: Workplace-related traumatic lip injuries, particularly at the vermilion-cutaneous junction, are challenging due to functional impairment and visible scarring. While typically managed in specialized settings, some cases present in primary care clinics. This report details the successful management of a penetrating laceration at this junction using layered closure and MEBO for optimized healing, with postoperative scar massage therapy to enhance recovery.
