Background: Despite evidence that mothers-in-law (MILs) influence daughters-in-law's (DILs) fertility and family planning decisions in South Asia, emphasizing early fertility and male grandchildren, few reproductive health interventions engage MILs directly.
Objectives: We assessed the feasibility, acceptability, and qualitative impact of a reproductive health and life skill-based intervention on MILs in tribal Rajasthan, India, using a mixed-methods, single-group cluster pilot study.
Methods: We tested a light-touch four-session intervention delivered over 4 months to MILs of newly married women that covered MILs' health, conception, and communication with DILs and sons and addressed modern healthcare misconceptions, while challenging son preference and fertility norms.

Global phosphorus (P) resources are facing a depletion crisis, and pyrolysis of P-rich sewage sludge (SS) offers significant resource potential. Optimizing pyrolysis conditions remains key yet challenging for enhancing P retention and bioavailability. This study conducted a correlation-prediction-causation integrated framework (CPCIF) to investigate how heating temperature (HT), heating rate (HR), and retention time (RT) influence total P enrichment rate (BTPE), relative inorganic P transformation rate (BITP), and relative apatite P transformation rate (BAIP) from SS to biochar during pyrolysis.

Background: Combination therapy with enfortumab vedotin plus pembrolizumab (EV+P) is now the preferred first-line (1L) therapy for advanced urothelial carcinoma (aUC), but prognostic indicators for patients on 1L EV+P have not yet been described.
Patients And Methods: We conducted a retrospective cohort study of patients receiving 1L EV+P for aUC. We analyzed deidentified electronic health record data from the Flatiron Health database to identify adults with aUC who initiated EV+P between April 3, 2023 and December 31, 2024.
