Immunotherapy has revolutionized survival outcomes for many patients diagnosed with cancer. However, biomarkers that can reliably distinguish treatment responders from nonresponders, predict potential life-threatening and life-changing drug-induced toxicities, or rationalize treatment choices are still lacking. In response to this unmet clinical need, we introduce Multiomic ANalysis of Immunotherapy Features Evidencing Success and Toxicity, a tumor type-agnostic platform to provide deep profiling of patients receiving immunotherapy that will enable integrative identification of biomarkers and discovery of novel targets using artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Ethnopharmacological Relevance: Corus officinalis Siebold & Zucc belongs to the genus Cornus in the Cornaceae family, and was first recorded in the "Shennong Herbal Classic", now has been included in "according to the tradition of both food and Chinese herbal medicines", consist of kidney and liver tonifying, antioxidant substances including cycloid glycosides, flavonoids, polyphenols, organic acids, etc. AIM OF THE STUDY: This study was aimed at discovering the mechanism underlying the anti-hyperemia effect of Cor in rats, particularly its protective effect against liver and kidney dysfunction caused by HUA.
Materials And Methods: In this study, the effect of Cor extract against HUA was verified in rats, subsequently, network pharmacology combined with non-targeted metabolomic were performed to investigate its composition characteristics, and further multi-omics studies and molecular validation were performed to reveal molecular mechanism both in vivo and in vitro.

Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID)-exacerbated respiratory disease (N-ERD) is a mainly type 2 inflammatory condition that combines asthma, nasal polyps, and hypersensitivity to NSAIDs. Its pathogenesis involves both upper and lower airways, yet most studies to date have examined these compartments separately. It remains unclear whether the molecular mechanisms in the nose, sinuses, and lungs are distinct or overlapping-an important gap, given that clinical manifestations of N-ERD involve both sites.
