This Letter introduces MXene-based rod-like micromotors, consisting of assembled FeO@TiC core-shell nanospheres, that leverage external magnetic fields for active molecular enrichment and selective surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) sensing. These micromotors enhance SERS performance by concentrating target molecules directly onto MXene surfaces during movement, enabling rapid and precise detection. Our investigation reveals how these micromotors optimize SERS through effective molecular manipulation and explores the selective Raman enhancement facilitated by the MXene-based platforms, demonstrating their significant potential in analytical applications.

Heart failure (HF) is a multifactorial and pathophysiological complex syndrome, involving not only neurohormonal activation but also oxidative stress, chronic low-grade inflammation, and metabolic derangements. Central to the cellular defence against oxidative damage is nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2), a transcription factor that orchestrates antioxidant and cytoprotective responses. Preclinical in vitro and in vivo studies reveal that Nrf2 signalling is consistently impaired in HF, contributing to the progression of myocardial dysfunction.

Functional PET (fPET) identifies stimulation-specific changes of physiological processes, individual molecular connectivity and group-level molecular covariance. Since there is currently no consistent analysis approach available for these techniques, we present a toolbox for unified fPET assessment. The toolbox supports analysis of data obtained with a variety of radiotracers, scanners, experimental protocols, cognitive tasks and species.

Central nervous system tumors with BCL6 corepressor (BCOR) internal tandem duplications (ITDs) constitute a rare, recently characterized pediatric neoplasm with distinct molecular and histopathological features. To date, 69 cases have been documented in the literature, including our institutional case. These neoplasms predominantly occur in young children, with the cerebellum representing the most frequent anatomical location.

Purpose Of Review: To review the current medical evidence in the diagnosis and management of thyroid nodules.
Recent Findings: The widespread use of imaging modalities in recent years has led to frequent discovery of incidental thyroid nodules. These nodules are mostly benign (over 90%), hence precise insight in evaluating nodules of concern and following up other nodules is important to avoid unnecessary surgeries and its complications.

Objectives: Osteoarthritis (OA) is one of the most common chronic degenerative diseases, with chondrocyte apoptosis and extracellular matrix (ECM) degradation as the major pathological changes. The mechanical stimulation can attenuate chondrocyte apoptosis and promote ECM synthesis, but the underlying molecular mechanisms remain unclear. This study aims to investigate the role of primary cilia (PC) in mediating the effects of mechanical stimulation on OA progression.
