Clinicopathological features of dermal clear cell sarcoma: A series of 13 cases.

Pathol Res Pract

September 2025

Department of Pathology, Xijing Hospital and School of Basic Medicine, Fourth Military Medical University, Xi'an, China. Electronic address:

Background: Dermal clear cell sarcoma (DCCS) is a rare malignant mesenchymal neoplasm. Owing to the overlaps in its morphological and immunophenotypic profiles with a broad spectrum of tumors exhibiting melanocytic differentiation, it is frequently misdiagnosed as other tumor entities in clinical practice. By systematically analyzing the clinicopathological characteristics, immunophenotypic features, and molecular biological properties of DCCS, this study intends to further enhance pathologists' understanding of this disease and provide a valuable reference for its accurate diagnosis.

Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) is a cytokine involved in the immune-inflammatory response. It can induce an odontoblastic phenotype and enhance biomineralization in dental pulp mesenchymal stem cells but does not have the same effect on osteoblasts. The reasons for this differential response, despite the shared lineage of these cell types, are not yet clear.

Active control of flexible spacecraft in orbit based on partial differential equations.

Hunan Mingxiang Aviation Technology Co., Ltd., Changsha, Hunan, China.

Flexible spacecraft possess the ability to adapt to complex environments and use energy more efficiently, offering enhanced flexibility and stability in space missions, particularly in tasks with significant external disturbances such as deep space exploration and satellite attitude control. However, vibration suppression in flexible spacecraft remains a critical challenge. This study addresses the problem of vibration suppression in flexible spacecraft systems under external disturbances and input constraints.

Subthalamic deep brain stimulation (STN-DBS) provides unprecedented spatiotemporal precision for the treatment of Parkinson's disease (PD), allowing for direct real-time state-specific adjustments. Inspired by findings from optogenetic stimulation in mice, we hypothesized that STN-DBS can mimic dopaminergic reinforcement of ongoing movement kinematics during stimulation. To investigate this hypothesis, we delivered DBS bursts during particularly fast and slow movements in 24 patients with PD.

is a human-specific protozoan parasite that causes gastrointestinal illness, primarily through the ingestion of contaminated water or fresh produce. This study provides an epidemiological overview of cyclosporiasis in Canada from 2000 to 2022 using data from the Canadian Notifiable Disease Surveillance System, FoodNet Canada, and outbreak investigations. A total of 5337 cases were reported during this period, with the incidence increasing from 0.
