Precise modulating the vertical structure of active layers to boost charge transfer is an effective way to achieve high power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) in organic solar cells (OSCs). Herein, efficient OSCs with a well-controlled vertical structure are realized by a rapid film-forming method combining low boiling point solvent and the sequential blade-coating (SBC) technology. The results of grazing incident wide-angle X-ray scattering measurement show that the vertical component distribution is varied by changing the processing solvent. Novel characterization technique such as tilt resonant soft X-ray scattering is used to test the vertical structure of the films, demonstrating the dichloromethane (DCM)-processed film is truly planar heterojunction. The devices with chloroform (CF) processed upper layer show an increased mixed phase region compared to these devices with toluene (TL) or -DCM-, which is beneficial for improving charge generation and achieving a superior PCE of 17.36%. Despite significant morphological varies, the DCM-processed devices perform slightly lower PCE of 16.66%, which is the highest value in truly planar heterojunction devices, demonstrating higher morphological tolerance. This work proposes a solvent-regulating method to optimize the vertical structure of active layers through SBC technology, and provides a practical guidance for the optimization of the active-layer microstructure.

The tracked vehicle (TV) primarily operates on poor road surfaces, which means the vibration excitation of the road surface significantly impacts the driver's sighting efficiency and driving comfort. This is the cause of reduced vehicle combat efficiency. To address this, based on the dynamic interaction model between the TV, Seat, and Driver established in Matlab/Simulink software, all the dynamic parameters of the suspension system of the TV and seat are then simulated under different operation conditions of the TV.

Biochar has emerged as a promising soil amendment for improving soil quality and mitigating environmental impacts, such as nutrient leaching. This study evaluated the impacts of ball-milled bamboo nano-biochar on water infiltration dynamics, retention capacity, and nitrogen‑phosphorus leaching in sandy loam soil using controlled column experiments and leaching experiments with five application doses alongside bulk biochar and untreated controls. Experimental results demonstrated that nano-biochar application significantly enhanced soil water retention capacity compared to the raw soil.

A 1-year-old intact Nigerian dwarf nulliparous doe was presented to the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine, Large Animal Teaching Hospital in March 2024 for evaluation of recurrent perivulvar masses of 3 mo duration. Transcutaneous ultrasonographic examination of the labia and ventrolateral peri-vulvar area was carried out. This examination revealed a horizontally oriented, bilobed mass on the dorsal left labia majora, and a separate mass located directly below the ventral vulvar commissure.
