Background: Despite the increasing focus on strengthening One Health capacity building on global level, challenges remain in devising and implementing real-world interventions particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. Recognizing these gaps, the One Health Action Commission (OHAC) was established as an academic community for One Health action with an emphasis on research agenda setting to identify actions for highest impact.
Main Text: This viewpoint describes the agenda of, and motivation for, the recently formed OHAC. Recognizing the urgent need for evidence to support the formulation of necessary action plans, OHAC advocates the adoption of both bottom-up and top-down approaches to identify the current gaps in combating zoonoses, antimicrobial resistance, addressing food safety, and to enhance capacity building for context-sensitive One Health implementation.
Conclusions: By promoting broader engagement and connection of multidisciplinary stakeholders, OHAC envisions a collaborative global platform for the generation of innovative One Health knowledge, distilled practical experience and actionable policy advice, guided by strong ethical principles of One Health.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine through a Delphi process a list of outcomes measures for clinicians to use when assessing individuals with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis (LSS).
Methods: A three-phase Delphi process was conducted by the International Society for the Study of the Lumbar Spine (ISSLS) Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Taskforce, including two online surveys, two virtual meetings, and three in-person consensus meetings at the ISSLS annual conferences (2023-2025). Participants evaluated and ranked outcome measures for LSS, with final endorsement requiring > 66% agreement.

Background: The gut microbiota plays a crucial role in the development of glioma. With the evolution of artificial intelligence technology, applying AI to analyze the vast amount of data from the gut microbiome indicates the potential that artificial intelligence and computational biology hold in transforming medical diagnostics and personalized medicine.
Methods: We conducted metagenomic sequencing on stool samples from 42 patients diagnosed with glioma after operation and 30 non-intracranial tumor patients and developed a Gradient Boosting Machine (GBM) machine learning model to predict the glioma patients based on the gut microbiome data.

Poorer cancer prevention and control outcomes for First Nations Australians have resulted in a need for improved health literacy, that is their capacity as individuals to access, understand, and use information in ways that promote and maintain good health. This narrative review explores the evidence on how education programs work to improve First Nations Australians' understanding of cancer, and how this leads to more effective use of prevention, screening and treatment services. Limited to the Australian context, a bibliographic search using terms structured around four main concepts: Aboriginal, Cancer, Australia, and Intervention (health literacy, health promotion) was undertaken in May 2024 for publications from January 2000.

Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) exhibit outstanding structural tunability, clearly defined ion pathways, and remarkable thermal/chemical stabilities, rendering them highly promising candidates for applications in solid-state electrolytes. However, it remains a challenge to develop a versatile method to incorporate both ionic groups and electron-withdrawing units into a single framework for effectively improving the lithium-ion conductivity. Herein, a series of novel [3+3] defective COFs is successfully synthesized featuring active amine/aldehyde anchoring sites for subsequent post-modification, and regulates the ion conductivity through elaborately tuning the anionic/cationic groups and weak/strong electron-withdrawing units.
