Article Abstract
Case: This report describes a 25-year-old female professional triathlete with right external iliac artery endofibrosis (EIAE) that was definitively diagnosed on contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance images obtained immediately after treadmill running. The EIAE was treated by percutaneous transluminal angioplasty. By 8 weeks after surgery, she had no symptoms of claudication or pain in the right thigh after a 1-hour running session. There has been no recurrence in 1 year postoperatively.
Conclusion: EIAE is a rare condition and difficult to diagnose in a timely manner because symptoms and radiographic imaging features appear only during intense exercise. Our patient was successfully treated with percutaneous transluminal angioplasty.

A 56-year-old female experienced massive pulsatile bleeding from the left ureter during routine ureteral stent exchange. She had a history of radical cystectomy and bilateral stent insertion due to uretero-intestinal strictures. Upon stent removal, sudden bleeding through the urostomy led to hypovolemic shock.

Background And Objective: Chronic osteomyelitis of long diaphyseal bones often results in extensive structural bone defects following debridement. Traditional approaches such as cancellous bone grafting, fibular transplantation, the classical Masquelet technique, and the Ilizarov method each have inherent limitations when used alone, particularly for defects exceeding 10 cm. This study aimed to evaluate a modified Masquelet technique, in which the induced membrane cavity is reconstructed using vascularized fibular grafts, for the management of ultra-long segmental bone defects.

This report outlines an endovascular aortic repair method for endovascular aortic repair involving an abdominal aortic aneurysm with bilateral iliac aneurysms. The patient exhibited aneurysmal dilatation of the abdominal aorta, bilateral common iliac arteries, and bilateral internal iliac arteries.
