Objective: The study aims to explore the relationship between firm size and perceived organizational support (POS) and to investigate how supervisor support might moderate this relationship.
Methods: The study involved a cross-sectional questionnaire survey in Japan with 25,648 participants. Assessing POS through eight-question. Firm size was categorized into small (2-49 employees), medium (50-999), and large (1000 or more). Coefficients were estimated using multiple regression analyses.
Results: The analysis revealed that medium and large firms had lower POS compared to small firms, with the difference being more pronounced in medium firms. A positive interaction between firm size and supervisor support was observed for POS.
Conclusions: This study found that although POS is more likely to be lower in medium and large firms than in small firms, the effect of supervisor support on improving POS is stronger.

While noninflammatory nodules after hyaluronic acid (HA) filler injection are a relatively common phenomenon, delayed-onset nodules (DONs) are relatively uncommon and a significant complication of HA filler treatment. DONs can be inflammatory, granulomatous, or infectious. Infectious nodules are a significant concern for aesthetic providers due to the development of biofilms, and understanding the pathophysiology, diagnosis, and management of DONs is essential for clinicians to minimize risks and optimize patient outcomes.

Background: Passive subdural drainage is used to reduce the risk of chronic subdural hematoma (cSDH) recurrence and mortality. However, the effects of patient positioning on intracranial pressure (ICP) during passive drainage remain unclear.
Objective: To examine how subdural drainage and patient positions influence postoperative ICP in cSDH patients with a subdural passive drainage system.
Background: Sarcomas of the trunk and abdominal wall are rare and present unique challenges in both resection with free margins and reconstruction, particularly when the tissue loss is extensive. These tumors predominantly affect young, active individuals, posing a significant challenge for oncologists and plastic surgeons in preserving the patients' quality of life.
Case Presentation: We present the case of 23-year-old woman with no significant medical history.

This study examines how involvement in emissions trading schemes (ETS) affects firm climate regulatory risks (FCRR) across 36 countries from 2003 to 2021. We find a positive link between ETS membership and FCRR. Furthermore, we investigate how governance structures and firm-specific factors influence this relationship.

: Osteonevus of Nanta is a rare histological phenomenon characterized by bone formation within a benign melanocytic nevus, most commonly in intradermal nevi of the head and neck. Although osteonevus of Nanta is rare, ossification in a cellular blue nevus is even more uncommon. To date, only one case of a cellular blue nevus with ossification has been documented.
